Terrible BK & nasty ! I ordered two sausage croissants & they both were grilled. The manager told me that all BK’s grill their sausages now. I went another BK & got my sausage croissants perfectly fried. The manager wanted me to do a good survey as well. I definitely do it

I came at 12:30 on a week day. Everywhere is sticky. The drinks area was a disaster, trash cans were full, my tray and table was sticky and gross feeling. I ordered a burger and 1 piece of bacon was fresh but I got a few very old pieces of bacon. Staff was aloof and too busy eating their own fries behind the counter. Music was blasting out of the kitchen. Would not recommend stopping here....

Went through ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 whopper jrs and a rodeo burger. Asked for cheese on whoppers and paid for it and didn't get it, also got a regular cheeseburger instead of the rodeo burger. Meat was cold on the whoppers as well. Will not be returning.

whoever cleaned the girls bathroom last did an amazing job!! i went in there this morning thursday 26th. and usually there’s stuff all over the walls and sink and stuff on the ground. but this time it looked brand new besides for a few things but that’s typical for anyone to miss.

Always bad. Been bad my whole life. I only go here once or twice a year and everytime I do it's horrible. Long wait times, rude staff, cold food. Try to avoid this one. Have to drive to Terre haute if you want to find a decent burger king.

This place is a joke. They make you sit at the first window when there's nobody in line because they're slow in getting your food and they don't want to be in trouble for their 45-second wait time. Total joke I'm tired of sitting at the first window I'm pulling up on my own. It is stupid that you place a mobile order to save time, when you get there no one is in the line and the guy over the speaker tells you to hang on.. several minutes later he comes back and asks for the order, I say I placed a mobile order .. he then tells me to pull to the first window. Once there he tells me to sit there and not to pull up, I said I already paid on the app.. he says ok but just sit there .. like I said no one is in line other than me. I sat there for several minutes and then pulled ahead on my own to the 2nd window and sat there for another 5 minutes until my 2 cheeseburgers came. I then asked the purple haired guy why he asked me to sit at the first window.. he stated to me that they have a deadline to get the food out once an order is placed and no one can sit at the second window because his manager will yell at him due to the longer than acceptable wait time of 45 seconds.. I then told him that this is his way of manipulating the requirements of his employment... Like I said go to McDonald's down the road.. this place sucks and their people suck too. Needs new management to properly train employees...
I ordered a drink to doordash and they didn't send me the drink. And when I called about it , they denied the notion of having me a drink despite that i have a recipt! I got stiffed! DONT GO HERE! THEY

Setting eating my food one employee tells another you don't need to sweep am mop before leaving if it was done 3-4 hours before you can spot clean an spot mop to get out faster. ????

We order the special. Which calls for a toasted bread for the melts. They did not toast the bread and the sandwich is not good. Do not advertise your product if you cannot make the food as you said. The cheese sticks were good which is way it a 3 star. the sandwich was the biggest waste of money. I do not plan on returning. I drove about 15 mins on way to order and then 15 mins back. I should have just gone somewhere closer to home and got food the way it should be served.

There was one man there when we got there at 415 Saturday afternoon. The floors were dirty and honestly looked like they had been washed with dirty water. NONE of the tables had been washed! There were crumbs on all but 3 of them. There was also NO ice and we were not told before we ordered our drinks. We spent $18.00 and ate in. Just before we left they emptied the trash. The picture below was taken before we emptied our tray. To say we were disappointed is mild.
