The driving through is horrible. They constantly pull people or have you wait at the first window for 10-15 minutes. If I’ve waited that long, then the food shouldn’t be cold! Very horrible experience the last few times we have been there.

I had stopped at road ranger for the night , so decided to go to Burger King I had gotten the Texas double whopper the workers told me that it should have bacon since I had asked for bacon to be put on it ,, got a large onion ring and went back to truck ,, after finishing the onion rings I opened up the burger and no bacon was disappointed but not much to worry over what I did not know was that they put jalapenos on the burger , I scraped them off and ate half of the burger , woke up at 2 in the morning stomach killing me and throwing up , here it is Sunday and still throwing up from that food I haven't been able to eat anything for the last two days,, I have never boycotted a place but for me I'm never going to eat at burger king again

I can't tell you the last time I had a positive interaction. But pulling a small trailer behind my pickup truck makes it limited to where I can go through the drive-thru at

Went thru the drive thru yesterday. I ordered my food and everything seemed normal. I went to the window and payed for my items and was asked to pull up. It wasnt busy at this time. After waiting a half hour in a hot car with 2 dogs and a baby with no A.C. my daughter finally went in and asked if the bag behind the counter was ours. It was they never even questioned why that bag was sitting there and whos order it was. Glad my daughter was there I would have been waiting hours.

Got our order wrong at the screen and corrected it, then repeated it back at the window incorrectly again. Got shitty about having to have a manager fix it. Then we got our food and it was still wrong but for a totally different reason. They also forgot the cold foam on the coffee and the sandwich was a complete mess. They weren't even busy so I don't understand what the problem was.
They got 2 of 5 orders wrong, were out of ketchup, and took forever.

Terrible BK & nasty ! I ordered two sausage croissants & they both were grilled. The manager told me that all BK’s grill their sausages now. I went another BK & got my sausage croissants perfectly fried. The manager wanted me to do a good survey as well. I definitely do it

I came at 12:30 on a week day. Everywhere is sticky. The drinks area was a disaster, trash cans were full, my tray and table was sticky and gross feeling. I ordered a burger and 1 piece of bacon was fresh but I got a few very old pieces of bacon. Staff was aloof and too busy eating their own fries behind the counter. Music was blasting out of the kitchen. Would not recommend stopping here....
