The kernel as finally priced themselves out of buisness 16 chicken fingers are 40.00$ no sides with sides 54.00 I will be cooking my own xhicken from now on

Ordered online delivery. Dasher calls and told me kfc said they were out of fries so I subbed. That wasn’t a problem at the time. Then I got my order. I ordered 8 pc extra crispy family fill up with 8 pc tenders. Sauces 2 honey bbq and 2 sticky chicky sauces with extra side of fries. I subbed fries for mashed potatoes/gravy and mac n cheese. When meal came it was all original recipe and I had no sauces. I called the store and spoke to manager Amber to tell her about the mistakes. She informed me that they were NOT out of fries but they were not cooking them today. She proceeded to let me know that it was hot and they were not turning on more than 1 fryer. I said well maybe then you should let the customer know before you take the order. The manager then HUNG UP on me. I attempted to call back and they refused to answer the phone. I spent almost $75 on this food and failed to get even close to what I ordered. I WILL NOT order again and I will let everyone I know to boycott as well

If you want crispy chicken you better make sure you have all day to wait on it, otherwise you'll get the greasy original. Also, got home with our order and realized they forgot to include the large fries with the order. Called and spoke to 'manager?' told her we got original chicken instead of crispy and they forgot our fries. She was rude and no offer of any kind of apology. Also, I don't understand how they staff 5-6 employees doing nothing and not 1 customer in the building. Very rarely see cars in the parking lot so business can't be good. It's too expensive for what you get and the employees are dirty and rude.

This may be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve ever been to. The last two times we have ordered from here, we waited 25 minutes plus, and the orders were still wrong. I don’t think we will be going back.
The drive threw took forever, so we decided to go in and order.when you go inside no one even greets you,and no one to take your order,would not recommend going there.
