I have been coming to this McDonald's on and off for 2 years. In that time, they have only given me the wrong order once. The employees are always friendly and the food is almost always fresh. It has become my preferred location.
Always clean, the drive through is relatively fast and almost always the food is correct. The only reason I put 4/5 is because several times I have received undercooked breakfast food. Other than that no complaints!
I had the pleasure of speaking with a manager named Kimberlyn last week. There was a minor issue and she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and grace! With management like Kimberlyn, I believe she will do everything in her power to ensure the absolute best in customer service and food quality! Super impressed. I am old and that takes something special! 😉
