What a joke. Ordered online said it has been done for 10 minutes to walk into the store and he don't even know when it will even get started. Cancel order walked out. Went to Domino's. Got it in 8 minutes

We order from here a lot and 9/10 food is hot and yummy. Last night 5/10/25 we did a carry out and they missed sending our cheese sticks w my son. I called the manager and he totally said his bad and was SUPER nice. Wish I could remember his name. Ty! This family will continue ordering and enjoying our pizza from the Brazil IN Papa John's location.
A dough bubble takes up one whole piece of pizza. Yes they offered to remake the pizza after I complained. But who has time to sit and wait on a whole another pizza to be made while the rest of your order gets cold? They should have caught the problem before they ever sent out the text that the order was ready..

Hands down the best cheese Stix and BBQ chicken papadia I've ever ordered. Worked super late and was starving! Thank you, all.of you that worked this tonight, 8/23/2024. It was like almost midnight. And I uber appreciate the service and food tonight!
