It is affordable and management is easy enough to get along with all I got say is stick to the rules and guidelines and that's easy enough .they have provided a place for me and my family and we are truly thankful to them I say keep up with the good jobs they are doing and even if no one else does we appreciate them..

Worst apartments ever. My mother in law.lives there and they made her live with a massive leak that came from upstairs for over 4 months. The place is disgusting and filled with human trash. The people who are suppose to take care of the property and buildings dont take care of anything. The play ground parking lot is filled with glass, and the actual playground is trashed. Im sure if i called the right number i can get this place looked at by how many violations they are in.

This is a disgusting place. Filthy, drug infested and not properly managed. Falling into disrepair because of lack of management. If proper inspections were done, half the problems here would go away and it could be a nicer place to live for low income families. Whoever manages these apartments though needs to keep a closer eye on what is happening there! Low income people are not all into drugs, so management should be paying closer attention to what is happening in these apartments and correct the problems as they are located. They could be nice apartments for low income families if they had security and better management!
