Stopped by today for some lunch for the first time and was very impressed! Our food was amazing! Service was a little slow, and i didnt realize you were supposed to pay at the register so we sat for 20 minutes waiting for a check. My daughter told our waitress twice that we were done, and it could have been helpful if she told us to pay at the register. Maybe some signage that says pay here for new people?
But overall we would definitely be back.

Loved the old bank building and decor. Little chilly due to the high ceiling. Janelle was great. Friendly and attentive. Food was good and very plentiful. Our two meals could’ve easily fed 4 people. Was a little disappointed to see mainly burgers and sandwiches on the menu and no steaks , pasta dishes or Entrées, more suited for dinner time. The breakfast menu was full of variety and I want to return to try it. A hidden gem in this little rural village.

Best tenderloin sandwich I ever tasted! Also tried BLT and my kids nugget meal, all delicious. Staying at Fair Oaks, but they couldn’t accommodate our large party for dinner. Driving a bit out of the way was well worth it. Reasonable prices

Cute place on the main strip. Great place to get a burger. Food was very delicious and the staff is extremely pleasant. We have been here multiple times and look forward to return visits.

Food is always good! Great place to be! Reading some other reviews a few left a poor review. They are an honest hard working family! Remember in all businesses across the country (I myself being self employed) as business owners we can't control everything single thing! Good help is hard to come by! The owners and the family are fantastic people and work extremely hard to please everyone! Before you say anything bad about this restaurant or any business you need to walk in the owners shoes. Don't let one bad experience make you talk poorly of any business. We always enjoy great food and service. We all have a bad day now and again.

It's not sausage gravy, so it broke my heart a little.. service slow, but they were busy, no fault of the staff. I'd go back
The tenderloin sandwich was very good. The restaurant is very cute and clean. The service was poor. We waited for our food for 35 minutes after waiting at least 10 minutes to get our order taken. Meanwhile takeout orders were many. Seems they should put the priority on the people sitting in the restaurant. Not sure if they were short staffed but seemed the waitress was kept busy on the phone with the take out orders.

Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our food after we ordered 3 other couples came in after and got their food 1st and my burger was burnt and fries were cold the older man that was cooking and did not use gloves my family and I won't return this is twice we have had a bad experience in less than a month
