I stopped on my way home to Lafayette, The food was good, I haven't visited a subway in a while, no one else was in the shop, I couldn't understand hardly, she needs to speak up. She treated me very coldly, I explained, even with my hearing aids, I couldn't understand her, She never to old me that the chips were in front of the counter, when I went back in she was sitting on the counter, really!! Sorry I disturbed her. Quality help is hard to find.My grandson works at the one on VMP,he is excellent.

If you want to pay lots of money for just bread, a few slivers of shredded chicken, and one tiny slice of onion with a drop of sauce served ice cold, this is the place to eat.
Like how freaking hard is it to put the actual amount of food on the bun. I used to work there, I know how much goes on it. And a toasted sandwhich should not be ice cold. I ordered food for a reason, so I can have hot food while at work, which does not have an oven or microwave. If I wasn't at work I'd come back and complain, since you can't answer your dang phone.

They aren't participating in the 6.59 footlong deal. I go thru there a few times a week.I was excited about a inexpensive supper. Still price gouging
At least 3 times, the same teenage worker ran to the back to avoid waiting on me. I waited for at least 5 minutes with no one else in line to give my order, then left. I will drive the extra 5+ miles to the interstate next time.

Ordered a garlic "roast beef" sandwhich but got a garlic roasted "salad" sandwhich with beef vaneer instead! Definitely didn't look as beefy as the photo! "Where's the beef"??

Ordered online, extra meat, toasted. Which is clearly printed on the ticket. Received my sandwich, despite being charged for extra meat, my sandwich had 2 pieces. Tried calling store 2x, no answer. Went back to the store where the teenage worker "fixed" my order- which was not toasted and was received cold. Essentially, this store made my online order wrong, twice. I did not have more time to waste on a $10 sandwich so I left. This store needs trained and staff equipped to make a basic sandwich.

I've not had a Subway footlong in over a year. On a whim, I ordered one from the Brookston Subway. Perfect sandwich, generous portions of the toppings I ordered, and overall a great experience. I'll be back!

The service is good and fast, but you get so little meat on your sandwich that it's ridiculous. Especially considering how expensive they are.

I always try try to use coupons when available so to my disappointment coupon wasn't good for the sandwich I wanted, the difference was only 69 cents and still would not honor it, no complaints on the food or anything else just that, I'm on disability so I thought it would be a small treat as I have limited funds, very disappointed as only had enough for the coupon price. Didn't get a sandwich today.

Stopped on my way home from Lafayette and the young man working the pick up window was a very polite young man that represents Subway well. My food was as ordered and very acceptable quality for what I'm accustomed to at other franchises. About 8pm 02/16/2023. Thanks for your time.
I waited in the driveway for five minutes, nobody came to attention. I circled around and re-entered the driveway and stayed for another five minutes. Same thing. I parked and came inside to find two young girls, the staff, sitting on their phones, eating at one of the tables inside. No customers were there, the floors were filthy and half the food items were out of stock. I stood there for 30 seconds before one of them sighed, stood up and got behind the counter. This was almost as bad as the one time my wife and I arrived 20 minutes prior to close and the young man told us that he was shutting down early to get cleaning done so he could get home faster.
