Dirty, watched server scoop ice cream with her finger into a cup to make a milk shake. Asked her to remake them and she brought back the same ones, then proceeded to argue with us over it. Just poor customer service.

Horrible experience sat in drive thu at the speaker for almost fifteen minutes before I drove away without ever talking to someone I had a line of vehicles out to the road behind me the place only had 4-5 cars in parking lot no excuse for the wait won't be back

Usually a great place for fried chicken. Yesterday, 10/12 not so much. Our chicken (15 PC. Deluxe) as very, very well done (not done well). The breading was dark, almost burnt but not quite. Chicken was juicy, but again the batter was dark brown not golden. While we were at the counter ordering, another guest came up and asked for her chicken to be remade as it was too done. We will likely go back again but this was very disappointing for a $50+ meal for 6.

Wouldn't ever order food from there because while waiting for our order to be taken I noticed several employees not changing gloves when enough. The bathrooms are for men n women both and I'm not with the woke stuff. We won't be back. My banana split was made very kid like pineapple juice all in the bottom to where it was nothing but melted ice cream whip cream all over half the split nothing like any banana split I seen made before. The young man taking our order barely smiled. I said smile it's not going to hurt you. He snickered and back to straight face. My fiance said his cotton candy blizzard like thing was fire good. So if we ever come back that's what we will only order.

Only give 2 stars cuz food is overal good but pricey. But would make sure you guys check your receipts!! I got a small TAP water and was charge $3.25 and they put it under a cone!??? I rather take the cone. Didn’t realize this till I got home (40mins away), but ask for a break down of your receipt cuz they never give you one it’s usually it’s just the total cost u paid,…. today I asked since I wasn’t only one buying and I seen this! Now I question how many other times I’ve been charged crazy prices for something so small!!!

The Cyclones are fantastic and other ice creams as well! The food is always fresh and tasty!! My family and I always look forward to coming here! Highly recommend!
