Terrible service. Didn't get our food order right. Was out of ranch and snack wraps. Girl friend ordered a iced coffee and there was no coffee in it. No body there seems like they know what's going on.

Absolutely terrible…got med fry and Oreo flurry…pulled away and they just dumped some fry’s in a bag and filled the cup with Oreo pieces no ice cream…worst service ever

Very poor service. Waited at the drive through for more than 10 minutes, finally had to drive around to window to get service. The guy at the window would even say a word to us. He took our money, made our coffee and closed the window. That was it. By the way the coffee was made crappy. Im from out of town and this was by far the worst McDonald's I have stopped at.

The staff very friendly but resl rushed on any drivethry visits. They need to srop them timer things st these fast foods bcuz it causes the stuff to ge so short with u & heck id prob a ordered more thsn I did if they hadn't spit my order total so quickly. Im thinking like dag I wasn't done .. but ok!! I'll get this bit n know better next time and the food i thnk depends on time day bcuzvibe ordered burgers thst peffectv& xhicjen...fries plus I've ordered them & thr buns be hard meat dry just gross so ya never know what ya going to get. Id say best time is when their super busy uf its slow tgere empty druvevthry. Etc I do not recommend stopping thru gusts wen I've gotten the hard dried food and my last experience I irdered a choc sundae & paid online only to get there n no ice cream but they did redund me asap. So its about basic McDonalds your not getting ice cream after 5.. to 6 o'clock!! Dry hard foods wen not busy but fresh hot foods when busy.. staff is Greaf there they jus under ridiculous time limits n thats whats wrong with McDinalds n my own opinion. I avoid it as ⁶much as I can but do stop by every few wks to a month!!!
We have eaten dinner at this McDonald’s at least 4 times on our way home from Brookville Lake. The food is never hot and does not taste fresh. It always tastes like it has been sitting around for a while. I will never go there again. Based on other reviews about the cleanliness of this location, maybe the Board of Health needs to get involved.

It took the 3 times get a cheese burger right. The girl at the window was rude. There was water al over the floor. Trash everywhere, the owners don't cear nor does mcdonald's. The whole town has called in about that place.
