Went tonight for some sliders and fries, unfortunately ALL my food was cold and hard. Very gross I will not be coming back. The fries were definitely recooked and old the chicken was old and placed on sliders buns. Never again.

macaroni comes half full, cups filled to the top with ice only having 3 sips of soda, i work in fast food this is just pure laziness
I wish I could have left a better review but unfortunately service here sucks and so does the food if they are busy and it’s peak hour. I came through on a busy Wednesday evening and was shorted on my change back. I didn’t notice until I was already home and I didn’t want to go back. The cashier also argued with me and told me she had given me back the correct change; I had to tell her she didn’t and remind her of the bill that was given to her. Also it was very busy at the time and the food was mid at best. Definitely not hot like it should be. I came back through recently and told them about my experience and asked if I could get a discount or something towards my meal and I was told no flat out. No “sorry” nothing. To be honest they didn’t seem to care. I don’t recommend coming here during peak hours unless you are okay with mid food and cold food. I also highly recommend you make sure you are getting the right change back. Customer service here is terrible!

It’s a hit or miss with this Arby's but when the older woman who is a manager I wish I knew her name is working you can guarantee the food and service will be done correctly and fresh! She does an outstanding job and the food and service only seem to be great when she’s working, so shout out and thank you to her! Arby’s you have a very dedicated manager who does a great job and she shouldn’t go unnoticed in your big corporation! Workers like her are hard to find!

The restaurant is usually pretty good, but this visit wasn’t pleasant at all. It was practically as cold dining inside as it was outside tonight. Everyone dining inside thought the same way. I think the air conditioning was running and it was 46 degrees outside. The food got cold really fast! My wife’s sandwich looked like they dropped it or something as it had a slice of roast beef stuck to the outside of the bun and it was really greasy. Terrible experience!
