I wish I could have left a better review but unfortunately service here sucks and so does the food if they are busy and it’s peak hour. I came through on a busy Wednesday evening and was shorted on my change back. I didn’t notice until I was already home and I didn’t want to go back. The cashier also argued with me and told me she had given me back the correct change; I had to tell her she didn’t and remind her of the bill that was given to her. Also it was very busy at the time and the food was mid at best. Definitely not hot like it should be. I came back through recently and told them about my experience and asked if I could get a discount or something towards my meal and I was told no flat out. No “sorry” nothing. To be honest they didn’t seem to care. I don’t recommend coming here during peak hours unless you are okay with mid food and cold food. I also highly recommend you make sure you are getting the right change back. Customer service here is terrible!

It’s a hit or miss with this Arby's but when the older woman who is a manager I wish I knew her name is working you can guarantee the food and service will be done correctly and fresh! She does an outstanding job and the food and service only seem to be great when she’s working, so shout out and thank you to her! Arby’s you have a very dedicated manager who does a great job and she shouldn’t go unnoticed in your big corporation! Workers like her are hard to find!

The restaurant is usually pretty good, but this visit wasn’t pleasant at all. It was practically as cold dining inside as it was outside tonight. Everyone dining inside thought the same way. I think the air conditioning was running and it was 46 degrees outside. The food got cold really fast! My wife’s sandwich looked like they dropped it or something as it had a slice of roast beef stuck to the outside of the bun and it was really greasy. Terrible experience!

Food was hot and fresh. Beef Cheddar . I do think it sucks that a "large" lemonade and a small Dr. Pepper are same size.
The main problem with arby's is the consistency of the taste and the temperature of their food.. yes.. if it's fresh and hot.. it taste really delicious.. but if it serves cold.. taste like your leftover food last night.. that's the reason why we seldom buy and eat at Arby's.. with this location , it's quite neat and clean though.. arbys jut need a quality control of their food.

I don’t normally rate fast food places, but my visit today was exceptional and I wanted to share my experience! Even though I placed my order for pick up via the app, I was greeted warmly when I entered the store and wished a great day by the friendly front counter attendant. I decided to dine in and while sitting there, every interaction with customers and even between teammates was positive and friendly, and it was just a great atmosphere. Oh and the food was great too!
