I love Arni’s but! Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. Ordered here a lot years ago. Website works...until you pay. Put on hold multiple times...i just went somewhere else. Tidy up your systems. So frustrating cause it is historically good food BUT when you make it hard to order there are plenty of other options.
Went there yesterday, food was good, the server was good, but the problem being that the waitress decided to add in her own tip, I always put 000’s for the tip because I leave cash on the table, I happen to be looking on my bank info to see if the money had been taken out only to find out that she added an xtra $10, on my receipt, called the restaurant, the manager said it should be fixed in a couple of days, we shall see, make sure to check your receipt with your bank, no...read full review
