My husband and I ordered dinner, were told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. Went to pick up order, wasn’t prepared yet. Was told numerous times, not ready. When food was given to him and he arrived home. Order was ice cold, not one item was hot. This is not the first time, but it will be the last. We will not return. Very disappointed.

My friends and I usually come here to hang out and watch some games. The staff here are friendly and always fill up the drinks. The food is always great here! The only issue I’ve had was sometimes the cleanliness of the restaurant. I figured it was due to staffing shortages and can’t judge otherwise. Still, this place always makes me leave with a smile on my face.

Great spot to watch football. Megan in the bar is attentive & awesome. The Buffalo Chicken Tots - spicy, tasty & filling. I got for my meal and almost ate half.

Had an awesome experience at this location. I haven't had buffalo wild wings in a long time and Brandi made it a great experience! I never went without a drink and she just overall made it a great experience! I manage a local therapy clinic and will definitely be more likely to use you guys for lunch meetings due to my experience today! I hope employees get recognition for things like this!

I just needed to come on here and rave about brownsburgs local bw3's. I will say I was a little skeptical, it has been months since I have ordered from this location- in the past, I have not had the best experience with their takeout service, things have been wrong a couple times before, not sauced, ect. & I understand these things happen, but it was quite few times I had an issue, but today I was craving their sauces and decided to give it another shot, and they definitely exceeded my expectations! It looks delicious, smells delicious and was all correct, and the staff was extremely nice! Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back!

Well I'd be gosh damned if I didn't have a better experience. I was well serviced by a pretty little thing, got to watch the boys throw the pig skin while I had my burger, wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks with a good old draft Budweiser. This place is a good reminder that we done did it right in America, this is the promise land.
