This location is terrible. They messed our order up first, then got to window and the cashier kept saying what flavor cream soda, we said we didn't order cream soda and she kept repeating cream soda. Stormed off then got another cashier. And we asked for a refund she was rude and took my husband's debit card and told us to pull forward. We waited 5 mins before the young rude manage gave us a refund and told us to get out of there. Terrible service, terrible employees, horrible manager.

LOVE the new Addams Family themed food, and Mgr Alyssia is always a sweetheart when we see her :-)
Ordered a large fry and a whopper with no ketchup and extra onion. Fries were hot! Whopper came as ordered but didn’t have lettuce. I am sad. I like lettuce and I didn’t get mine.

Brownsburg, IN location, i went at 1:50am hoping to grab a snack before i headed home for the night, because burger king is supposed to be open until 2am. But i sat in that drive through for about a minute until a man came on the mic and told me they were closed. When i pulled out they shut the lights off to ensure nobody else came. If you say you close at 2, close at 2. If you close at 1:50 say you close at 1:50

Went there in Sunday, 8/18/24. Wanted to try the &5 meal, rude server/cashier said they didn't have that, said Wendy's has the Biggie Bag
According to advertisements, the $5 deal started in Early August and runs thru October. Cost me almost $20 instead of the $10 I was expecting. Very bad customer service!

Used a coupon for the 3 and 3 we got in the mail. They gave us the frozen impossible Whoppers. They were absolutely gross. Everything was cold except the fries, and they were all brown and soggy, but hot!
I often stop here for lunch to just get a double cheeseburger sometimes a small fry food is always very hot

My son and I went there for lunch today and had a horrible experience.there is 2 employees guy who is falling down falling asleep while standing has to be on drugs and a big lady yelling rudely where u can't talk the I assume the manager cussing and talking dirty.they are doing this right now as I'm writing this won't ever come here agian worst burger King ever these employees should be let go. If I owned this restaurant iwould be ashamed !

A lady their there gave me a food I didn't ask for then wasnt even trying to change it to want I wanted and said that she couldn't do anything so I had to repay for what I wanted since I used coupons and apparently she lost the coupon that I was asking about, but they had the other ones I used. After all the food was good, I just wasn't a fan of the service I got that day
