This was one of the most disappointing food service experiences I’ve had in quite some time. I had ordered ahead, yet I, along with several other customers, was stuck in the drive-thru line for over an hour with no updates provided at any point. Because of where I was positioned in the line, I couldn’t exit to go inside instead. When I finally reached the window, no apology or explanation was offered - only a brief “have a nice evening.” To make matters worse, two items were missing from my order.

I really wanted to like this Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t provided a great experience. I’ve visited multiple times, and my orders have often been incorrect and the customer service inconsistent. At one point, an employee (who was actually very kind) even suggested I try the taco truck down the road for better service and food. I hope the team can use this feedback to make improvements.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too, portions suck they always ruin the order, like how do you put steak in a chicken bowl and chicken in a veggie bowl which was supposed to be a burrito. Get you stuff together chipotle

Very unclean. Tables and floor were dirty. Food was on the floor and none of the employees seemed to care. Stood around like there was nothing to do. My husband's rice was hard and then a bug flew in his bowl when were eating.
