Always enjoy my meal at Chipotle. The employees need to hit the Chick-fil-A customer service classes for a week or two and then come back. At least acknowledge someone when they say thank you.
The Brownsburg. IN, Chipotle is ALWAYS out of onions & peppers. Today they were also out of white rice & chicken. Maybe dog into the profits enough to make sure customers don't have to go without.
We recommend going across the main road giving your business to Qdoba. The atmosphere is bland, employees seem sad and mechanical in nature, and portion sizes are not adequate for the price paid. Options are very limited. While there was nothing detrimental to the experience, the little oddities added up to a poor experience.
