Ran by high schoolers can’t get orders right warm or on time and waits are long for no reason and when you bring it up they make you seem like the weird one love Culver’s but this location needs help, this last experience i went inside to just get fries and in my head skip the line as its just fries... no waited ten minutes tried to tell the dude bagging and he just blew me off twice...so of course cold fries they offered for me to wait a few more minutes but nah

Hi, I’m Jake. Came in a couple days ago and this is quite honestly the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. One of the managers, (had an odd name on the name tag. Went a week ago to Brownsburg location. I always get 4 pints. The lady two times they have been some toppings on top, then nothing but custard. I helped open this store so I know it's toppings throughout. Or at the least top, middle, bottom. I'll drive to Avon from now on.
