I came here to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. I had to wait 20+ minutes and asked them 4 times how long it would take. On the 4th they finally checked the receipt and looked one of the items was already on their counter where food that has been made is put up and has been so for the past 10 minutes. After that they said they needed to make the other freeze. And one of the workers went into the back to get that done. There were two others looking at the receipt for my order and one of them checking the freeze that was already done threw it into the trash as it was already melted. After that i just chose to leave

Every blizzard I’ve had from this Dairy Queen has been a major disappointment. I don’t even get 2 inches into it before it’s just plain ice cream: asking for extra topping is a waste of money because they never listen but charge anyway. I’m never eating from here again after too many disappointing blizzards. Do not eat here or give them your money.

DQ doesn't let you order double fudge cookie dough anymore. So I ordered choco brownie and paid extra to add cookie dough. My blizzard didn't have any cookie dough and barely had brownie. The app is also very glitchy and doesn't let you enter more than one gift card.

They were really nice and friendly, bought an ice cream cake and asked them to write on it, they were really busy due to the graduations I'm assuming, but they were also pretty fast.
Great service here. Was in a super big rush and I’m assuming a manager of some sorts, Paige with curly hair worked extra to get my food out to me

Worst food I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. Ordered double cheeseburger with no ketchup because son allergic, it was burned to crisp and smothered in ketchup. Everything was cold. Thank God for Buster bars. Literally spent $70

I am only giving one star because I can’t put 0 Staff is extremely rude they all act like you are a burden when you order your food. My blizzard was melted before they even gave it to me. I will not be returning to this location again EVER

Have been to the Brownsburg DQ a couple times now and it has been great! They load the toppings in their blizzards (please keep doing this!!!) and the service is always quick!
