As always, the service and the food were excellent!! We were running late for our 6pm reservation because of a major traffic jam on I65 from Lebanon. I called and told them we would be at least 10 minutes late. The young man who answered reassured us that they would still be honoring our reservation. We were seated immediately on arrival. We love The Locale! Always worth the drive from Lebanon.
Great little spot in Brownsburg. I rated a 3 but definitely on close to a 4. Food was good, but the steaks were average. The pork chop however was fantastic and the apps and salads were really good as well. The restaurant was clean with modern decor. No waited to be seated and the service was great even though they were fairly busy. Decent outdoor patio area too. We went in a night where they had live music which was great except it was rather loud even when seated further away...
Very good food and service. However, they evidently use excessive amounts of MSG, since I'm allergic to it and broke out in hives shortly after dining there. The music is good, but way too loud. Consequently, all patrons had to yell just to carry on a conversation with each other. By the time we left, everyone at our table had a roaring headache. That's unnecessary. The management needs to turn down the music and/or put the singer in a corner, not in the middle of the...
