This review is for the Brownsburg location. This place is honestly trashy. Never open. I've been told stories that the manager treats the staff horribly, so that is why it's never open. This location is just a big waste of money and land. Other restaurants can open in Brownsburg in a week and be successful. You can't even open after 2 years and be successful. Close this place and open up a chick-fil-a!!

What a mess! Not open…maybe…maybe not. When I did go, it was a hot mess - tons of people on premise but no one working. Took forever to get food when it should have been simple. Maybe if they had some management it would be an ok place. I’d avoid until they reopen (obviously) and reviews improve. Honesty, they should just close and open something else in the prime real estate.

Make sure they are open before you order… placed an online order on a Saturday evening. Google said it was open, the website allowed me to order even with “Saturday specials”, took my credit card info and turns out they were closed. Didn’t find out until 40 minutes later when we went to pick up our food. Quite the disappointment for our hungry group of 7. Will try again in the future and re-review.

It seems like it has taken awhile for this place to get off the ground. Understandable for a place that tried to open during a pandemic. We had a great experience and meal today. The Brisket Burnt Ends were great, as was the creamed spinach. We will be making this a regular stop in our restaurant rotation.

This place is fantastic. I got ribs , Mac and cheese and Cole slaw.. Wife got burnt ends waffle fries and brisket chili. OMG... It was great. I was going to take a picture but I ate it all too fast. $40. For both of us and that's not bad. Can't wait to go back. Yummy......

The ribs were so good! I know I will be back! Best ribs I have ever had! Those onion tanglers are the bomb! :) P.S. Maybe best mac and cheese ever!

I've been to alot of other dickeys in Plainfield and Indianapolis and this one is legitimatey never open it seems. I managed to get through the drive through one day but now I stop even trying to go there because after trying over and over again it's always closed no matter the day or time.

Waited in line for 10 minutes and was never actually able to place an order. One kid that was working kept saying he would be right with us but it never happened and we were the only people in line and there were no cars in drive thru.. He was really nice but they all were obviously overwhelmed. The manager was trying his best to keep things organized but absolutely no one seemed to know what was going on with orders. A few people that had ordered and were eating inside had to come up and ask for BBQ sauce and silverware because all of the condiment stations were empty. This was at 1p and you would think it would be stocked upon opening. I can’t review the food because we ended up leaving because it just seemed like whatever we ordered would’ve taken forever or been wrong like we witnesses happen to several people. The staff seemed nice but very overwhelmed and clueless. Maybe once they are open a while longer we will try again. Good luck to everyone and hope it improves!

Worst bbq ever. I ordered a Mac stack with brisket it was chili Mac I think I’d rather MRE mac and cheese My wife had the pulled pork with the Dr Pepper bbq sauce i asked for that specifically and no bbq sauce came on it and I had to ask for it again but they gave it in a container. My daughter seemed to have the only edible one. Wouldn’t recommend this to even my worst enemy. Never going back
