This is by far one of the worst pizza places in Brownsburg. They take no pride in their work and or customer service. They canceled their orders all the time through DoorDash. Or it takes over an hour just to receive a medium size, pepperoni, pizza, and then get canceled. I would not recommend this place to anyone in Brownsburg.

We ordered a pizza online, went in to the store to pick it up and waited for about 10 mins with no one coming up to the register, as there was already 7-8 people in the store waiting, mostly door dashers. so went around to drive through and after pushing the buttoned as instructed no one came to the window, I called the store after waiting a good 10 mins at the window. I could hear the phone ringing and no one answered and the guy cutting the pizzas saw me sitting there and never said anything to anyone working then heard the guy cutting the pizza yell at another customer waiting “we are all busy”. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes and won’t be back again.

I ordered a 7” pepperoni & sausage pizza… with instructions to be small cut, light cheese and well-baked. What I got was a cold, gooey, underbaked pizza with double cheese and not cut in small pieces. Tried to call the store, no one ever answers the phone. If you can’t follow directions, don’t offer the option.
