Same issue as usual. Go through the drive thru and order and never get what you order. This store needs shut down and a completely new crew hired. This is ridiculous at this point. I'll never again return to this store

It's Dunkin Doughnuts.. Was WAY better when they didn't care about peanut allergies. They should let natural selection take it's course and bring back the peanut and butternut doughnuts! (J/k.. kinda)

food / drink was typical but service is consistently awful here. workers are insanely rude, i had a man hand me a hot coffee without the lid on, it spilled on me while he was handing it out the window & he just pointed & waved me on aggressively without saying anything. i have never had a decent interaction with any of the workers

It must have been amateur hour - both bagels ordered were over microwaved as they were hard as rocks disguised as toasted. Coffees ordered did not contain any flavors. The sausage was very sage-y and tasted like windex what donut shop doesn’t have donuts at 10:30am?

This location has got our order wrong, which is typically just a large iced coffee with caramel and cream, too many times. And on 10/1/2024, about 9:30 AM, my wife asks at the window if she can have a water. The lady tells her they charge for that and she says okay, never mind, then the lady gets snarky and says “don’t order at the window!” Like okay lady, don’t need to be rude to your customer because she politely asked for a water which is typically free at every other establishment. We’ll go to one of the other coffee places in the area from now on.
