This is not my local Dunkin', but I wish it was! I have been going to this location periodically since June this year because of an appointment in the area. My order is always correct and made to perfection. The morning staff is always quick and cheerful! :)

Do not waste your time here. 15 minutes before closing they have locked the doors and the rude drive thru attendant refused to serve any hot drinks. We went to Starbucks and received fantastic customer service and coffee!

I haven’t gone to this location in years even though it’s right by my house due to how bad it was back then, I’d only go to the Dunkin near my work if I wanted it. But I was home and decided I should give this location another chance. I mobile ordered a coffee and donut. I was given the wrong donut. No big deal, I just parked and went in and asked for the donut I ordered. They said “yeah well we are out of that” so they knowingly just gave out the wrong food instead of telling me. It looked like all they had was glazed donuts so I asked if they had anything other than glazed to which the response was “I don’t know whatever is up there is what we have.” Not to mention the cafe was very dirty looking. But the reason I’m leaving a review is because they then took the donut they gave me in the drive thru, that I drove off with, and he just put it right back up on the shelf. Super against health code and definitely grossed me out. I will not be going back to this location. Hopefully it gets better!
Worst experience at a dunkin yet. Mobile ordered a tea to go. Just walk in. Get there store is locked up. Get a half filled tea with zero flavor an a shitty associate who acts like im bothering him by ordering something an hour before close. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I just picked up two coffees and a donut. I get my two coffees and I look over and the lady is confused, I say I’m just waiting for the donut, she says I thought I gave it to you - why would I say that if you gave me the donut. But ok. So she asks what donut it was, as if she didn’t have my order in the system, I tell her it’s a blueberry cake donut, she grabs me a crème filled powdered donut? not sure if she was trying to be funny or thought we were trying to get a free donut so she just grabbed something random, but that’s unacceptable. Doesn’t hand me my donut then gives me a the wrong one after asking me specifically which donut i ordered? Are yall just hiring anybody? The latte I got is a third filled with just foam.. not coming back here
Edit: I called and the shift lead Mikey more than made up for the mistake. Meanwhile, the same lady that messed up saw me and walked past twice without seeing what I needed.
