I’m giving a two star. Ate breakfast here once and it was good. Decided to come back for dinner and it was not good!
Food was great, but the service wasn't. I sat there for like 20-30 minutes before I was approached by the waiter. The restaurant was not even that busy. Lol.
We are here on a Sunday after Mass and have been waiting for our food for over an hour and 15 min. Still no food, very unorganized. The cook moves super slow.
Three times we asked a food prep employee to wear a mask and he would put it on for about 3 minutes then pull it under his chin again. We cancelled our order and asked to speak with the manager, but were told he was too busy to talk to us.
My family has been going to Elegance since I was a kid. I've never had something on the menu that wasn't good. Service can be a little hit or miss as they primarily employ high school kids as wait staff but I've never had a real issue. This is not a fancy restaurant where you're going to dress up for a date night out but it is a great place to bring the family and eat good home style food off a fairly expansive menu with a great portion to price ratio.

Really great food at reasonable prices. I plan on eating here often. I'm new to Brownsburg area and this has been an excellent find.
