My family has been going to Elegance since I was a kid. I've never had something on the menu that wasn't good. Service can be a little hit or miss as they primarily employ high school kids as wait staff but I've never had a real issue. This is not a fancy restaurant where you're going to dress up for a date night out but it is a great place to bring the family and eat good home style food off a fairly expansive menu with a great portion to price ratio.
Food comes fast. Weekend breakfast service is pretty bad. Just a group of smug teenagers sitting at the bar talking. Coffee cups should always be full. The food came quicker than our coffee did. I'm pretty sure it might kill them to smile and say thank you.
Portions are generous and service was attentive and fast. Prices are very reasonable, and it wasn't very crowded when we went. The food isn't out of this world or anything but it's just fine for the type of restaurant/price point
