Firehouse Subs Brownsburg Village

This location is run by high school aged children. They turn lights off early so people will think they are closed. Went in yesterday and there was only one person working, another HS aged person. He was taking a catering order. I waited 15 minutes and he still wasn’t done with the catering order. When I asked if I could place an order with another worker he said they were all at the store buying supplies. It was 6:30pm on a Friday night. I love the sandwiches but not sure I will go back until you all get mature people working who don’t leave and mess around.

Good food! 4 star is because the windows are absolutely disgusting covered in dirt. A little off putting

Food is always great..my problem with the brownsburg store was what two of the workers were wearing..one older woman looked like she may have been the manager, she had sweat pants on and wearing house slippers. Another worker which looked like she may have been her daughter, was wearing stitch pajamas. WHY? NOT professional work clothes at all. .

Came in at 815pm on 16 March. Since I was greeted with stares I asked if it was too late to order. The person at the register said no but the person behind them said yes so I left with my family.

Spent a hundred dollars at Five Guys and was happy to do it, recommend Five Guys in the same plaza.

If the restaurant shuts down food service at 8 then change your hours.

Better than that other sub shop. Go hook and ladder!

Everyone working acted like they were disgusted and hated their lives. Aleah was very rude while placing order, seemed annoyed that we came in to eat. Food was alright my bread was soggy and cold, overall store was dirty, men’s bathroom was disgusting. Also not sure if you have an Afro if you’re supposed to wear a hair net or not just glad I didn’t get a hair in my food( that I know of). Think I will have to stay away from this location

The 2 female employees working had the lights turned off when I got there to pick up my order, and my order still was not ready… Talked about unprofessional things the entire time, including them saying “Ew I could never eat meatballs” and the other agreed. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to

Imagine calling the restaurant 5 times on your way there to pre-order your subs, so you could pick it up faster. They never answered and hung up on the 5th call. Then when you get there expecting to see, maybe several people in the lobby you are the only one there. Why couldn't you answer the phone?

Ordered a sub offline from the time I ordered from the time I showed up and waited it was 25 mins. When I walked in only 1 out of 3 of the girls are making subs. People in lobby. Online orders. Idk what’s so confusing on how making sandwiches on time and well is top priority but maybe not.

Ordered two sandwiches a bbq chicken and a steak n cheese both came to me straight out of the refrigerator stone cold didn't even try to melt the cheese or anything no bbq on the bbq chicken this was just awful $50 wasted. So so disappointed

I love firehouse bread and sandwiches, but who ever made these sandwiches today February 25, 2024 around 12pm messed them up. The bread was stale. The bacon was raw, one of those meats were spoiled and we asked for double meat and extra cheese did not get that either. You restaurants want our money but do not give us the quality food we expect for the price. Get it together before the health department is called for the spoiled food.

Don't waste your time on the pastrami it's terrible!! I had never eaten here before and saw that they had a pastrami sandwich. So being a lover of pastrami I ordered it with double meat no veggies. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had it was cold (pastrami should be served hot) and also so chewy is practically inedible.

Went there for my first time last night. At 8:40 now they close at 9. Open sign on an door open. I waited several minutes before anyone came out. So I stayed what I wanted then the little girl called for someone else just to tell me they was closed. I said really sign on door open and website gave me a different time. His response was well we put everything up already. I said lock the door and turn off the open sign. He can’t because of the alarm. Now if this is the owners practice cause you want them out right at closing time or the workers fault but either way not a good look. After I was refused service an left two more people was trying to go in. I won’t return.
