I dropped a star because I believe we were overcharged. We ordered 3 entrees, 1 of which was to go, that were $8.59 each and after tax it came to $34. Even after tax I'm not sure where the extra $9 came from. I think they charged us an extra entree. Didn't notice until we had left.
Delicious breakfast and lunch options and everything is reasonably priced. This is a major upside compared to other restaurants in the area. I love going to Flap Jacks because I know I can get a good meal without breaking my bank.

This location used to advertise their drive thru. For years, I have utilized this convenient feature. I placed an order for ONE item and the male Hispanic 'manager' yelled through the window that "I had to go inside." He has gotten consistently more rude each time I visit. It's been approximately one year since the kind and genuine former owner passed away; since his passing, this location's customer service has gone drastically down hill. There are other Flapjack locations. I will not be returning.

TLDR: They don’t use food safe containers and will blame you for order mistakes. Hot food put in styrofoam containers with no aluminum foil. My food had melted styrofoam beneath it. Called restaurant and manager (Freddy) blamed me, gave me attitude and hung up.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant based on reviews, and ordered a good amount of food. After I picked it up I noticed the order was all placed in styrofoam containers without any aluminum foil for the hot foods (crepes, etc) but didn’t think anything of it. Noticed as I was eating that the crepes container had a sizzled heat line directly beneath the food.
I contacting the restaurant to inform them of the issue I was treated with disrespect, I was blamed and was hung up on by the manager. Literally was made to cry how much I was gaslit (terrible word I know, but the manager knew what he said).
I was so considerate and patient, but from the jump Freddy (manager) blamed me for this issue saying it was on me and my fault?
I don’t believe this restaurant has any food safe knowledge for take out, and can only imagine what it’s like for dine in. This is not how you treat customers, especially when they’re being polite, kind and trying to support you!
Review on actual taste- average crepe not worth the price they charged.
