We love Hot box. The pizza is always fresh and they have such great deals. The employees are always very friendly as well. Today a young man named Benny greeted us and was very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant

Placed a mobile order I never got. I waited until 25 minutes after the delivery time to call just to be immediately hung up on after describing my situation. This location is a let down every time. Donât let their customer service earn your business.

Placed order 4hrs ago and call store and they have no idea. My order number ment nothing to them. What I ordered ment nothing. Manager didnât try to offer solution and get my order reordered and solve issue. He said he would call store owner and got off the phone with me without asking for my name and number. This is a horrible experience especially when you were expiring to have dinner delivered before the pacers game. I ordered when I did because I got a email saying the pacers game cups were almost gone. So I placed order at 4:25pm and asked to be delivered at 7:30. When I called at 7:40 I was expecting to hear itâs on way but running behind but never that they had no clue about my order and online ordering ahead of time with a ticket number means nothing to them and they have no way of tracking order with that order number. Why even have he system in place and why not offer me some kind of service when I called. Never again!

I ordered a thin crust for the first time and was rather disappointed. It was the thinnest pizza I had ever seen. It had curled up where it was cut like it had sat out for a day or two & dried out. It tasted fine, just didn't look it.

If this place wasnât a copycat of Bloomingtonâs Pizza X, Iâd give it 5 stars. Theyâve literally copied every detail of Pizza X down to the large cups, formerly Pizza Express. Originality goes a long way and this chain doesnât have it.
