Service was good food was ok high chairs were dirty or missing safety straps or both one item we attempted to order off the menu was not available and requested not to have a certain food due to being allergic to it that was brought to the table anyway

Music over the speakers were really loud. Waitness was kind and very prompt. Helped make suggestions on foods/drinks. Food came out hot and fresh.

Just walked out after waiting way too long without any service. Walked in at 350am. waited a few minutes to be seated, no one ever came. Walked over to kitchen and asked if I could seat myself. A woman apologized and said they only had one server. A few minutes passed and the waitress came out and took food to the only other table there and stood there talking for a few minutes. Still no coffee or menu was offered. Another customer came in and she promptly greeted him. He said he wanted a to go order. He was given a menu and she went back to the kitchen. Still no menu, no coffee nothing. When she went and took the mans to go order, I left. 415am 25minutes....ridiculous

Sitting at said restaurant now waiting over 10 minutes for server to get my payment. Did not refill my drink or even offer. They all were to busy hitting on the guys behind me. Let's me for real. Do better as a manager at a huge restaurant I would never hire the people you all do. Will not recommend or come back

Based on the reviews, I'm guessing our experience was limited to a specific shift. We were shown to our table quickly, but no one checked on us or took our drink order. There were 3 wait staff, and about six tables. Around us several tables were bused and another couple came in. Another table of 5 sat for 20 minutes before they could get their check. Apparently the kitchen was backed up. But not even drink orders were taken for us. After half an hout, one member from our party inquired with staff over the wait. He was told the kitchen was short staffed. 5 minutes later I saw one waitress peek around the corner at our table and another behind us, and she actually rolled her eyes. I heard her discussing with a coworker how to split the tables. Then, the other coworker came around and apologized for the wait... to the table behind us, who had only waited 10 minutes, while we had waited 30. We were a party of 4 adults, one child. The other table that waited ages for their check also had kids.
I get that they apparently only had one cook, but 3 waitstaff for 6 tables should be plenty to at least take orders, or at least bring drinks.
All wait staff were 18-ish. I will say that the gal working the front desk was nice and got us seated quickly. Everything else was awful.
After 45 minutes we left.

Waitress came to take our order and instead of putting it in she proceeded to another table to take that order. Time was 20min by the time order was in system. Ordered coffee and water (husband and I) only one water brought out. I got the Big Breakfast Burrito I requested no pepper jack cheese but cheddar, no cheese in it at all. Mine came with a side, I got the hash browns which the waitress after bringing us our meal, I asked for my hash browns, she said it didn’t come with any and I said yes (clearly seen in the menu that I took home) called me a LIAR and said mine doesn’t come with that. Just a burrito. My husband ordered the Big Steak Omelette which also came with the side so he ordered hash browns which he got. Ran out of coffee.. watching the girls in the back flipping their hair, twirling it around, playing with the ponytails and braids..just disgusting since it was in the back where the food comes from.
I took a takeout menu home so I could take the pics for reference.
