IHOP has always been my favorite place for breakfast, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Around 2:00 a.m., the manager on duty provided absolutely terrible service. I first ordered two coffees and some food. When the coffee arrived, it was cold, extremely light, and had no flavor at all. I politely asked if he could bring me a stronger coffee, and he said no, claiming the machine makes it and he can’t do anything about it. I then asked for more coffee because the pot he brought was basically empty. When the new pot arrived, it was again cold and tasted like dark water, not coffee at all. At that point, I asked if I could get a different drink since the coffee clearly did not meet IHOP’s standards, and I also said I was not going to pay for what was basically chocolate-colored water. That’s when the manager became upset and rude, saying that because I had already tasted the coffee, he could not change the drinks and still wanted to charge me for them. His attitude was arrogant and unprofessional. Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel everything and leave. If he didn’t want to work, he should have stayed home. Very disappointing experience at a place I usually love.

Servers seemed to be on it. My server checked up at a timely manners and from my observation everyone else seemed on it cleaning tables immediately. I I had minor issue just needed crispier bacon and was fixed. Appreciate the attention given.👍🏾

What a wonderful establishment! I came with the wife and kids and couldn’t believe how good the food and service was! Those cooks must be trained different! The waitress was very attentive and made us feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back!
