Donuts are good. Apple fritter has really good flavor. Only downside was the employee mostly ignoring us to watch TV. My partner wanted something filled and kept asking but we eneded up not getting one because we could not get a straight answer for what is filled with what. But kids are going to enjoy the donut holes.

If you're not going to be open during normal business hours, update your hours on the Google site so that people don't go there expecting you to be open. I drove a long distance this morning after seeing on Google that you are open today, which is not a holiday. When looking at the top of your Facebook it also states that you are open now. I do see now that if you scroll way down it says that you are not open today. That is of no help.

I preordered 2-dozen chocolate cake donut holes for producing a chocolate donut hole cheesecake. I received glazed. Not sure if I got 2-dozen as many were crumbled apart. I was able to pick through enough intact holes for filling insertion at least. I didn’t have time to stop for pics; once I opened the stapled bag I realized I was screwed in the throes of production. I had to use these and my sugar ratios are jacked now. I’m going to Dunkin tomorrow to get holes for the top display; this imposes on me taking away from cooking other dishes I need. In fairness, I purchased additional donuts out the showcase at Jacks; they looked and tasted good. The crumbled apart unusable holes tasted good even thought it wasn’t what I ordered. Based on what happened to me, I must recommend having a Plan B if preordering presentation worthy or even intact product for an event.

I had gone to Jack's Donuts a few years ago, and thought it was average. My sister convinced me to go today and it was fantastic. I purchased the long carmal maple donut and the jelly filled donut along with an iced vanilla latte and it was all very devious and at a really good price! I will definitely be returning soon with my kids!

I love the customer service here. You always get a “Good Morning” and a smile when you walk in. I know it’s small but it makes a difference. Donuts are very good as well!

Part of our order was gluten-free donuts. They were disgusting. They looked old, they were dry and not edible.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ariana and Dalton (and all the bakers)!!! They came to my rescue, and made 2 dozen donuts for my son’s pre-k class last minute. I meant to call and place an order for 2+ days, but I just kept forgetting. It was after 8pm the night before my son’s birthday party at school that I realized I hadn’t placed an order yet. I desperately messaged Jack’s Facebook hoping they could save me, and oh my goodness they did!!! Ariana took my order at 9pm the night before, and the bakers the next morning made the donuts on time! My 5 year old and all his pre-k friends were ecstatic. We love your donuts and service, and that’s why we keep coming back! Thank you again!!!!
