I love trying different pastries and donuts. I've heard about Jack's Donuts but never tried them.
I'm so glad I went to this location. I went during a slow hour. The owners daughter helped me pick out a nice variety. She was really awesome and cheerful she took time to answer all my questions. The pastries and donuts were very fresh and so delicious.
I WILL be a return customer!

I come in here probably once a week in the mornings before work and tend to switch up my order regularly. But what doesn’t change is the quality of service I get when any of the young men help me. Always cracking jokes while getting customers in and out in a timely manner. Not many teenage workers know how to be kind and quick these days that’s for sure! Can’t recommend enough!

So completely done going to this Jack's. Horrible service - and it's not just an isolated experience. The past 3 times we've been here, we've been rushed, the workers here are unfortunately very unfriendly and just don't care.

Update: Go to Hilligos doughnuts if you want a friendly service.

This location has gone SOOO downhill in just a matter of weeks. We are always rushed even though there's never more than 2 or 3 people in the store. The teenagers here need a major attitude adjustment and the manager should have taken responsibility for the poor attitudes.

Shame. Was one of our favorite places around town.

I brought my husband's team a dozen and him a carmel macchiato on the day after the holiday. The staff was great and friendly, and my cinnamon roll was amazing! There seemed to be cinnamon mixed in with one of the doughs in the roll, and the glaze was right on point.

I have gone to several locations around town thinking it isn’t served everywhere, but not one even knows what I am talking about. One server offered their gluten free donut, but that is not vegan. Please take this off of here.

Love their donuts better than other donut shops. Decent sized donuts for your money. Fair price, patient especially when. Kids cant make up their mind what they want lol. We only get donuts never tried the drinks.

Stopped in for doughnuts on 5/2/25 at approximately 6:30 am. The young man and lady at the counter were both very welcoming. They put my order of fresh doughnuts together quickly too. It's been a long time since I have experienced service that's both fast and friendly. Great job! I will be back because of them. Thank you.
