The sandwiches are usually pretty decent but the employees are definitely not friendly and can be very snappy and rude - I'm guessing because they all seem stressed out. Yes, it can get busy at certain times, but there are plenty of other places that get busy - yet the employees still maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere.

I stopped by this location this evening and there were two young men in the store. My encounter with the bigger individual was very distasteful. He took my order looking away and never greeted me. Ever. No eye contact and absolutely no customer service. On the other side of this terrible experience was the smaller young man. Very polite, I believe he could sense me hav in big been taken aback by the guy who initiated my order. The second guy was fantastic with great customer service.

Again, I don’t recall seeing the names but I dj know one was much smaller than the other.

All of this to say please keep customer service a thing and perhaps speak with the young gentleman who couldn’t bear look at me let alone speak. It was an unfortunate event.

Good in store, but if you order online they dont even try to get your order correct. Drivers are rude. My sandwich was assembled outside the sub bread and wrapped up as normal. The turkey sandwich we ordered did not have any turkey and the pickle was really visibly rancid...like almost black in color.
Very disappointing. Brownsburg location needs to do better.

Went in to buy two loaves of bread and was told they couldn’t sell me any even though there was a container of day old bread sitting on the counter. Had I been going in to purchase a sandwich they would have sold me one, so I’m confused as to why they couldn’t sell me the loaf. I order from this Jimmy John’s almost on a weekly basis, and this was a very aggravating experience.

I pre-ordered 2 boxes lf sandwiches. I went in the night before to confirm the order and ensure tomatoes would be on the side. The worker the night before hand wrote it on the ticket. I went in for my order and there wasn’t a container of tomatoes. I asked and worker said it was in the bag with the mayo/mustard packets. It was not. I open the box and tomatoes are on all sandwiches. I explained how I pre ordered 4/21 and talked to someone in person about the tomatoes and came in last night to confirm. I asked what could they do to solve this. The manager who kept his back to us the entire time turned around and raised his voice very loudly to me and said nothing! We will do nothing about it! We are busy and can’t crank out these sandwiches. I was shocked I said there’s nothing you can do. I have people who are allergic and cannot eat tomatoes. He threw his arms up and yelled again. We are too busy today to do no tomato!!! I asked for his name (nobody had a name tag on) he turned his back to me and refused to say. I asked again for something to be done. He turned and yelled We are busy, I'm
Doing nothing for you. Theres a line of people are you going to leave now? The line was long. This mgr yelled at me multiple times in front of everyone and employees for their error!!!’ They threw away the ticket/receipt with my name and tomato on side written on it. They refused to produce it. I went outside and looled up phine number to corporate. 2 customers came out to check on me and to say that they couldn’t believe it. Stating they will call and report this mgr too. It was the most uncalled for thing I have ever experienced. Those poor employees. He was so mean and all I did was preorder a $100 order! I have called and emailed corporate (its a weekend/closed) I filled out the survey. I will never return. I may never go to any JJ ever again if they think this is an acceptable way to run business

Ordered delivery with my boyfriend last night - driver threw out bags on to the porch in the snow and hit our porch hard enough to make our dogs alert us that someone had arrived . Night “manager” didn’t believe us even with picture proof , then replied to the picture to still say that they believed the driver over us , because he said he gently placed it down . ONLY refunded his order when he asked for a refund for both orders . This location needs some serious staff restructure and some actual ADULTS working on the night shift . I am extremely dissatisfied with this location . I had an issue back at the beginning of JANUARY and the store manager or store owner couldn’t be bothered to call to correct that problem either . Seems to be a common theme here to provide poor service and then no correction to the issues . 0/5 stars .

Food was ordered for delivery. Cash tip left for driver and food was thrown at our door in the snow instead of left on chair where it would have been out of the snow and not wet .. called and spoke with the manager and he laughed and asked if I had proof it was thrown.. it hit our door so hard our dogs went crazy… I sent him a picture and he said I’ll see what I can do.. great customer service.. 0/10 stars if possible

Ordered a simple bootlegger number 13 they gave me bacon pickles and cheese on bread then didn’t refund my order or replace it. I will never go here again terrible waste of time and money, definitely a scam

Worker asked “have you been helped” I said “yes I have a DoorDash order” he said “oh I’m a driver here so I won’t help you” in a very disrespectful tone. very rude staff not sure what he meant by that.

***Update, 1 hour and 9 minutes after ordering, and 46 minutes after it said out for delivery. Food is good. Just slow delivery.

As of writing this, my order has been out for delivery for 30 minutes according to the app. Can't get anyone to answer the phone at the store so I can try to get an update. Freaky Fast is no more.

This location would not recognize the emailed offer for free drink and chips with sandwich after 2pm. Would never go back here.
