These last few years, I’ve seldom stop by KFC due to “random” quality and service. At this location, the food seemed to meet “my” standards, however, pay close attention to your receipt…yes, the paper receipt as awaiting to view the electronic copy will only noticing, if then, that you were slightly over charged. I always ask for receipts as scammers nowadays are diabolical m. I repeatedly verified my “COMBO” order with the employee by the name of Jonathan S. (per receipt) and I still was charged for a Big Box meal. That was a $2 difference. So, I get back out my car with receipt in hand, go inside and made a statement of the error found. He wanted to fix it by bringing my meal back inside to fix it…in my mind I was like HEEELLLLL NO!!!!….so you can exchange it for tainted food???? No thank you.

Just another chicken place. The pieces and portions have gotten much smaller. No longer get butter with biscuits, and they can be dry if you go when its less busy. Nothing to note as good or bad. Just a meal to avoid cooking.

My first time eating from here, and it will be my last ! I ordered on the app the 8pc for $10 . I only received legs and thighs(WHERE'S THE 2-BREAST AND 2 - WINGS ???) I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR ! If you run out of chicken original, then substitute with crispy. The chicken did Not taste like KFC standards, it was Very bland, could not taste the so called 11 herbs and spices, like the other KFC taste. I contacted the KFC headquarters, got no response or a resolution to this, I should be refunded for not getting what I paid for. I would Not buy from this KFC location ,You will NOT get what you paid for , You will not get good quality food ! **(the NERVE to have a statue of colonial Sanders in the lobby, And DONT EVEN PREPARE HIS FOOD RIGHT !) Disgraceful !

I ordered using the tablets, and my food came out very quickly. Chicken was very hot, crispy, and juicy and my macaroni and cheese was wonderfully creamy. It definitely hit the spot and I will be back.

The bucket of chicken Parts I bought was dried out....however, this might have been just a minor mistake on the crew letting over cook.
Very clean KFC (dine-in) compared to other KFCs and especially the McDonalds (so gross inside) next door. Order kiosks inside are easy to use and we have never had to wait more than 10 min for our food. I’ve see that the cashiers are usually friendly and patient especially when they’re helping older customers using traditional paper coupons. Food has always been hot and fresh with good portions (bowls). People complaining about overcooked or dry meals may be going at a bad time (long after regular eating hours). The drive-thru line looks slow and clogged whenever we’re there so we prefer to order in-store. Parking lot is a little cramped and the drive-thru exit is right at the restaurant’s entrance so be careful.

They could care less at this location. Obvious food was sitting in a warmer for hours and was very dry. I also witnessed a employee screaming at another employee over some issue. He was cursing and being very verbally abusive towards the female employee.

I ordered three chicken legs they were overcooked we went through the drive-thru so my brother took it back into the store all they did was take the three legs put them in a different box could not put my biscuit in the box this time and gave it back to us so we called corporate
