When we first arrived, our food was ready which was good but then we asked the worker ,after it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front, if everything was in there. He said yes, which was not correct bc we check the bags and they didnt put any of the sauces we got charged for in there, so he starts throwing sauces in the bags that were already over flowing. We drive 30 minutes home only to find out they didnt even put our wedges in there so my husband drove another 30 minutes to get the wedges. The food was cold by the time we finally ate but it was good. Very disappointed in the workers, ive worked fast food so I know how it is and you guys could of done a way better job then what you did that day

Wow! The friendly Hispanic fellow at the counter was fantastic! So friendly! He was very helpful. Food was good too, I recommend the mashed potato bowl, but substitute bbq sauce for the gravy. It's excellent!

Shameful. Was trapped in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Needless to say but my 4 piece meal was so cold it wasn't edible!

Was a bit on dirty side floors had food & dried up pop on it filling station (pop) was dirty & sticky workers were busy playing & laughing i saw bout 4-5 of them & the place wasn't busy inside or drive thru smh

First, employees are always very friendly at this location. Service is also very quick. I was dissapointed in the food on my latest carry out order. I ordered a 14 piece leg and thigh meal. I received a 7 thigh, 2 leg, and 5 wing. Replacing legs with wings is not an equal swap especially with as small as the wings were. The mashed potatoes I ordered had a bunch of corn mixed in with it and only fill a little over half the container. This location normally does better than this. If your considering eating here, just double check your order before leaving..

Went to this store to get the Original BBQ they are advertising. Even on their menu they show that. But they them told me all they had was the Nashville Hot BBQ, not the original that IS ON THE MENU. The person just kept saying the the ORIGINAL BBQ is the hit and spicy.
Purchased (2) Chicken Sandwiches; Both were (overcooked & held past serving time)!

Tables were filthy, mash potatoes were cold and sitting in the warmer to long that the side of the plastic dish had hard thick mash stuck to it, not good at all. Wedges were cold.

They have improved greatly over the past few years. Orders were typically wrong, with either an item missing or wrong item from what was ordered. However, more recently, my orders have been right, food perfect, and service is very friendly. Mostly it's kids working, but its obvious they are getting the right training. Definitely a good place to stop if craving Kernal Sanders favorites.
