You ever have one of those days where you know you want ice cream, but you have absolutely no idea what kind? This was one of those days. I was an indecisive, hormonal, hot mess, and the worker behind the counter was an absolute gem.
We talked through my mood, my general indecisiveness, and my very strong dislike of chocolate (yes, I know, I’m weird). When nothing on display seemed just right, she casually mentioned they had an additional flavor in the back—without the chocolate chunks. After much deliberation (and multiple reassurances that she really didn’t mind scooping into the reserves), I finally went for it.
Do you believe she had the audacity to apologize to me for taking “a long time” to bring me my ice cream? As if she wasn’t already my hero of the day. The ice cream, the conversation, the kindness—everything was exactly what I needed.

My husband and I were in the area so we decided to stop and grab some ice cream. I had no idea this cute little shop was in the same plaza I was in. the ice cream was great 👍🏾 they have so many different flavors to choose from. I love how bright and colorful the shop was they had a lot of neat things to read and look at.

Stopped in Friday evening 10/11 with my daughter and out of town grandparents. Three teenagers working, and they were the NICEST most attentive group of teenagers I’ve come across in a food service environment. Not a phone in sight, all attention was on the customer. Such a cool thing to see and gives me hope for the future. Great job guys.
Kid-friendliness: So friendly to all of the indecisive child customers. Parents get more rattled than the workers do.

Well this establishment was highly recommended we were in town for DCI and I wanted ice cream after dinner. A waitress said we should go to your establishment. Lauryn ( not sure how she spells it) was sooooooooooo nice! Great ice cream and I got to pin my home state first time customer! I'd highly recommend you visit if in the area!
I ordered an ice cream cake from Mandy. We’ve been in her shop multiple times for ice cream but never had a cake! From start to finish, she was really friendly, patient and helpful. The cake was absolutely delicious with the layers of ice cream, cake, and fudge topping. This will be my go to place if I need another ice cream cake! :)

Mandy, you seriously have the best place around for ice cream! I love your shop, it is so welcoming and the prices are not bad at all for the quality and atmosphere! Anytime we have family visit from out of state, we always always always recommend your shop and send them your way! And not only do you sell the best ice cream, but you sell boba which I never had even heard of before! A truly unique one of a kind expirience. Thank you for keeping Brownsburg cool during the hot humid summers!

Parking: Parking is in the kot directly in front of the shop. Super accessible, but on hot summer days do expect to park in front of a neighboring shop. Not a far walk, it's actually nice because you can observe other shops.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Staff are so friendly kind, and if your little one isn't sure what flavor to get, they allow the kids to try a taste of ice cream before picking out one to buy.
