This is one of our favorite places to go as a family. The flavors are unique and absolutely delicious - in my personal top 3 ice cream places of all time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We live 30 minutes away, but whenever we make it to Brownsburg we try to get to Mandy’s.

This was my first visit. It seems like a family business. There was a small wait as only two people were working. They didn't seem stressed or overwhelmed and both were very patient. They didn't have my flavor ice cream but I was able to make it work by adding toppings. It wasn't bad. There are also benches outside as well to sit. There wasn't a trash outside so you had to go back in to throw away the garbage.

The staff is always friendly and can’t beat the ice cream and shakes! Everything is made with love every time i go. I’ve created so many memories at the shop and cant wait to make more!!! everytime the sun starts going down on a summer night i can’t help but crave sitting out on the patio at Mandy’s laughing with friends and family. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY IF ITS THE LAST THING YOU DO.
The staff overlooked the people who were next in line, tried to humiliate patrons, and threw items at a child. Not worth the ice cream. I like the Owner but she needs to find better staff.

We visited this ice cream shop yesterday while visiting the area from out of state. It is an absolute gem! They have tons of options, all bursting with flavor. The customer experience is unmatched. Mandy is an absolute delight! She genuinely listened to my likes and dislikes and continued to offer suggestions and samples of flavors she thought I’d love (all of which I did!). Her clear passion for what she does shines through in her interactions with customers. I travel to the area often for work and most definitely will be back! This place is a must stop. Do not pass by Mandy’s without coming in for a sweet treat!
