I would give zero stars if possible. 2nd time ordering from McAllister and I will never do it again. The Ultimate Nachos look weak and was missing items. Hope McAllister will do better but I won't no about it. Sad and pathetic!

Sometimes a mom needs a moment. I enjoyed a few to myself dining in a McAllister's deli. I had the half French dip, half garden salad and I added a small cup of broccoli chedder soup, a chocolate chip cookie and a large sweet iced tea! A favorite meal. My only complaint is my total was $31... Did I get my money's worth?

I placed an order for two different entrees today, and once I ordered the second item I requested they be put on separate checks. The young lady on the phone scoffed, and said she'd have to start the order over. When I got to the restaurant, I walked over to where I've picked up togo orders in the past. A blonde young lady said she'd probably have me go wait in line because she wasn't sure if she could use the computer I was in front of, meaning I would have to go stand behind a huge line of people to wait on my order that had already been placed. Thankfully, what looked like a manager walked by and said she could cash me out at that pos station. I left, and got back to work, just to realize that sherry shallot dressing was put in with my salad after I had requested the chili lime. I called to explain what happened, and I believe I got the same girl again. She said I could come back and get the correct dressing. After explaining I couldn't leave work again, she abruptly hung up. After spending almost $20 on a salad and soda, I'm pretty disappointed with the service and food I received. I also don't typically leave reviews when I've had a frustrating experience, but after three unsavory interactions with this young lady I felt inclined to write one.

Seriously disappointed with this location. I've been to many McAllister's all across the country. My roast beef and cheddar sandwich had one thin slice of meat, my fiance had the club stacked and it had no meat on half the sandwich. The soup I got was clearly watered down and the large cups they are using are significantly smaller than the ones the other locations use. I hope not all the McAllister's are going this route for service and food. So deeply disappointed. ☹️

It's the only thing that's healthy in brownsburg. But you'll break the bank buying food for the family. Plus they'll still be hungry cause the portions you get, are pathetically small.
