Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, with ketchup only. Bag comes out I leave. Start eating burgers have mustard, pickles and onions on them. Either cat read or don’t care.

I was really happy with my experience here even though I felt like I was in another country. I am really enjoying my coffee and it was only like $.75 so it was actually a good experience for me getting a price break coffee. Just like a third world. 👌🏿🕺🏼🧘🏻‍♂️🙏🏻🌴

I ordered DoorDash from this place while I’m unable to leave from work. I ordered a 6 piece meal and only received cold fries and all the incorrect sauces!!

Words cannot express how awful the drive thru experience is. I’ve tried twice and it’s been ridiculous both times. Won’t go back.

The young man who took my order at the drive-thru had messed it up so I went in to complain. Fabiola, the manager, I guess, was so gracious. She patiently listened to my concern and immediately took care of fixing my order personally. Her respectful demeanor made my overall experience at this business pleasurable.

I recently visited this McDonald's with my wife, and the experience was deeply disappointing and upsetting. The behavior of the staff was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Specifically, a Black male worker at the cash register was incredibly rude, blatantly ignoring my questions, as if he had no interest in helping customers. On top of that, there was a White male worker wearing a yellow jacket who was making bizarre, inappropriate sounds. Rather than assisting customers or doing his job, he was lounging around, chatting with other workers as though he were on a social outing instead of at work.

The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and grossly unprofessional. It was clear that these employees had no interest in providing even a basic level of customer service. Their laziness, lack of respect for customers, and outright discourtesy made the entire visit unbearable. My wife and I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted by their behavior that we immediately decided to leave the store.

Employees like these should not be working in customer-facing roles. If this location continues to hire individuals who behave in such an unprofessional and lazy manner, it might as well shut down. This kind of service reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand. I will not be returning

Absolute worst customer service. Waited an hour for food that was given to the wrong person. Had to go inside to get the order and waited another 20 minutes. Was declined refund for the inconvenience or anything. Disconnected their phone lines for the soul purpose of me not being able to talk to them. Never go here.

The food is legit better there than other McDonalds. Fries and chicken nuggets taste better. I like how they always top up the fries. The manager is also pretty cool
