We were told to order on the kiosk, which we did. It said to take a number, enter it, and put the number on our table, for our food delivery. When our food was ready, they yelled out a couple of times for us - it was ready on the counter. Guess we didn’t need that number!!??. The fish sandwich was obviously thrown together - tartar sauce was everywhere, and it had 1/2 a slice of cheese on it, and off to one side of the sandwich. And, we had to ask for the cup for our meal deal!! We will not be back to this poor service restaurant in the future. There are other mcDonalds to go to. What a shame Brownsburg community has to live with this type of service/quality after all these years.

Never seen a McDonald's where there's no fountain machine in the dining area...apparently u gotta ask for a refill if someone is EVER at the counter

I ordered the filet of fish sandwich and it was made the way they used to masks it with lots of tartar sauce which is what makes their sandwich good along with the cheese.... my wife and I both like them but not when it's dry from a small drop ox sauce...

It's impossible to get any service at this location. They're always rushing around and even if you're standing at the front counter they just ignore you and keep walking by.

i ordered curbside pickup thru the app and i waited for 20 minutes for a 1 meal order. and they didn’t even give me my fries nor the sauce i asked for. i wasted half my work lunch break for an order that wasn’t even correct. if you’re going to make me wait for forever then at least give me the right order.

My son went through the drive up with my 2 year grandson today. They forgot the happy meal and a straw for his soda. He then went back through to get it and the required him to come inside with his receipt. He unloaded the toddler, went inside and was met with rude indifference. Turns out they put bbq sauce in the happy meal instead of ranch sauce. 2 year old wouldn’t eat it. The meal was a complete wash. Not one employee offered a pleasant interaction.

Had an excellent young man treat me so nice in the drive through lane. And they accidentally gave me 6 instead of 4 I ordered of chicken mcnuggets and they were hot AND FRESH! hope next time I get treated so well. But people in double drive through are so impatient. Just go inside and order to go if it's that big of a deal to wait a little bit longer.
