Location has a prioritization issue. They prioritize drive thru over in restaurant patrons. Waited entirely too long, 35 minutes, for a small order. Staff in the back, to include two female managers on duty, were at each other's throats being passive aggressive to each other. When someone finally came to ask what I needed at the front kiosk, her response was "we are behind". Just a disappointing experience. 35 minutes should not be an acceptable measure of your performance.

This Mcdonalds refused to honor the free breakfast for veterans on Veterans Day. POOR upper management!!!!
I ordered a spicy deluxe I got an over cooked fried chicken patty with literally NOTHING on it ? mhky obviously communication and comprehension is not their strong point.. I don’t normally go to McDonald’s… I was thinking of going to Starbucks… I should have went to Starbucks ?

It's what you expect, cheap food at the cost of a Pregnancy Belly and blood sugar level high enough to get you an ozenpic prescription. Now if you aren't even lazier enough to check the bag before you drive off to only get home an realize you've been duoped and they forgot stuff you'll quickly choke down the food followed by a soft drink that'll have you feeling like you wished you ate something healthier, to only wake up and do it all over again like a sinful gluttonous.

Handed food out to wrong customer. Manager was outside smoking. Lady pulled up as I was of course at the second window waiting pulled up. Manager got out of her truck to see what was wrong. Lady and her stood infront of my car going through bag. Manager looked dead at me. Walked in side door, announced yall gave out the wrong food. I pulled up immediately, went in. Manager tried to hand me food her and a customer had put hands in and the lady pulled off with ass well. Had to demand new food and told her i cant believe they was about to give me food that LEFT THE STORE AND THEY RUMMAGE THROUGH INFRONT OF ME. Her response tried to mumble at the register "she was on break". And she wasnt I seen her walk out get in her truck approximately 2 min and SHE RUMMAGED THROUGH THE BAG and looked at me and brought it inside. And gave to them to give to me. Heath code violation and disgusting. I never say this but she needs fired.
