I know why the drive thru line is always long. The people who are taking orders are too busy talking to each other instead of taking orders. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the young lady, still didn't get it correct. So, I just left. It wasn't even a complicated order, she was just more concerned with what her coworkers were discussing. I could hear her conversation on the other speaker through the other drive thru line.

Ordered online , picked up order , went inside because it was wrong , talked to manager , she went to fix it , she fixed it as I thought but it was still wrong . As I told her there was suppose to 2 pieces of Canadian bacon . She looked puzzled . This location doesn't under stand english enough it help customers. Mcdonalds what are you doing ?

Usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald’s was honestly a letdown As soon as I walked in, it was clear that maintenance isn't a priority here. The floors were sticky, nearly every table had crumbs or old soda spills on them, and the trash cans were overflowing. The bathroom was in even worse shape ,it looked like it hadn't been checked in hours. It’s hard to feel comfortable eating in a place that feels this neglected. The service was the most frustrating part. There seemed to be a very clear pattern of favoritism. I noticed that certain customers specifically those from the local Latino community were greeted warmly, served quickly, and given priority, while others were left standing at the counter being ignored. When I finally did get to order, the staff was dismissive and rushed me through, despite the fact that they were being perfectly friendly to the people in line right before me.

We order breakfast here regularly and the food is always hot and ready super fresh and every worker is super friendly.
Only received 8 and 7 nuggets in our 10 pieces and the drinks were not filled full and also didnt have the monopoly stickers only reason we came

The food is fine, however they always get my food wrong at this place, and when we try to tell them it's wrong, (like, I ordered a burger, and you gave me fish) they tried to tell me that's what I ordered, I really hate giving bad reviews, but this has happened so many times, I think it should be fixed.

This location is usually fast, and on point for a breakfast sandwich. I usually don't eat McDonald's for any other type of meal. I wish I would've stuck to my guns. I stopped in wanting a Double Quarter pounder with cheese. It seems I received a double smash, thin flat burgers with hardly any pickle,cheese or onion. Tasted warmed up. Sadest part I had to pull up and wait for my order. I wish I would've checked my order before driving home. I suggest if you're a consumer you check the quality of your order before driving off! This location is falling off customer service satisfaction. Jus'say'n
