I bought a pizza. It was not bad. I kinda liked it because it was served hot, instead of hammer and chisel cold when it gets delivered by Uber eats. Which happened the last time I ordered from home, this is why I went out to eat. And yes, I know that I can pop slices into the nuke to warm them up, But that is not the point....pizza should always be hell fire And brimstone hot when delivered...was not a bad place to sit and eat though.

Two locations in Brownsburg so when you call you don't know if your going to get a call center or which location..then it's delivered by who? Papa driver or dasher? They don't even know when you call who or where YOU are as a customer because of their own system...how did you call? Which location? Who did you speak with? Who delived it? Hey man..I called you ..don't you know this info?? You guys don't know nutting including how to get it right...smh I'm not calling back that's for sure

I love Brownsburg Papa Johns! I was welcomed with amazing compliments about my beautiful jacket. I was checked out and under 60 seconds for my online order. I checked the pizza while in store and it looked very fresh and all my toppings were correct. I even complicated my order a little bit by ordering stuff on half the side and other stuff on the other side . Everybody was super welcoming super warm. The building looks very clean and it smelled very great. Thank you, Brownsburg Papa staff!! I will be back soon for another veggie pizza for my dog and I :)

I have a Papa John’s reward account that I use frequently when ordering pizzas for our weekly meetings at work. I ordered tonight, and added my home address because I was ordering for my husband and I. I’m not sure if it was a mistake on my end, but the delivery driver ended up at my work. The driver tried calling, but I missed it. I then got a call from a local number and answered. Someone from the store let me know the driver tried calling, and since I didn’t answer they left the order at my work. Without me asking, the employee offered to remake the pizzas and deliver to my home. This was completely unexpected, because the mistake could have very easily been on my end, but I am grateful for the offer. We ended up getting our pizzas and they were fresh and delicious! Thank you for the excellent service 😊

My pizza is regularly wrong. Sometimes I’m given the wrong pizza altogether and sometimes they just give me the wrong toppings. But I will say that the employees and manager are always nice and apologetic.

I wanted to give this place 3 stars.. But I found 3 hairs in my pizza .. We all know that it did not come from the JOE guy, He has no hair to give.... THEN it went down to 2 stars because I requested FISH STICKS on my large pizza.. Shitty customer service after he laughed and said this is papa johns not Red Lobster.... I have a disability and some times forget the difference between pizza and lobster .
