Tried their new blazing buffalo pizza during their Half-price sale. It was worth the 10 bucks but just barely. If I had paid the full price of 20 dollars I would have returned it. The pizza tasted pretty good except the toppings (bacon, onion,chicken,buffalo sauce,cheese) were minimal and very thinly spread. It was overcooked which made it very dry. Okay for a quick lunch but don't try to make a dinner out of it. Disappointing.

Sad to say, the last couple of times I have orders through the app it has sent to a door dash driver. The app takes the driver to the wrong address, who then calls with a crappy attitude for the fact that he has been sent to wrong address by papa John’s app. When I confirm my order through email, it shows correct address. Tonight I called directly rather then using app to request no door dash, I was told that if I would like I could prob tip 20 bucks and maybe the only driver they have would take it herself! Been a loyal customer for most of its time here in Brownsburg. I don’t know????

I bought a pizza. It was not bad. I kinda liked it because it was served hot, instead of hammer and chisel cold when it gets delivered by Uber eats. Which happened the last time I ordered from home, this is why I went out to eat. And yes, I know that I can pop slices into the nuke to warm them up, But that is not the point....pizza should always be hell fire And brimstone hot when delivered...was not a bad place to sit and eat though.

Two locations in Brownsburg so when you call you don't know if your going to get a call center or which location..then it's delivered by who? Papa driver or dasher? They don't even know when you call who or where YOU are as a customer because of their own system...how did you call? Which location? Who did you speak with? Who delived it? Hey man..I called you ..don't you know this info?? You guys don't know nutting including how to get it right...smh I'm not calling back that's for sure
