So delicious. These girls really make great food! Alicia is wonderful, she took my order and got it out to me ASAP! Crispy fresh fries cooked to perfection and of course the BIGGEST cheesesteak. Definitely will be coming back.

At 8:16 PM on Friday 8/22/25 my wife and I dined in at Penn Station in Brownsburg. The manager on duty was Alisha. She didn't cook the food, but the other manager who did served us old food. You can tell the food was not freshly made. It was cooked in less than 5 minutes- 2 steak sandwiches and a large fry. They have found a way to make food that's supposed to be cooked to order into a fast food like experience. It's all because they want to leave soon after close which is 10:00pm. So at around 8:00pm they start to drastically cut corners as it relates to preparing customers food. One example is that they breakdown the French fry Station. Fries are being recooked and when ready to come out the frier are dumped onto a flat tray/pan rather than into the normal area under the heating lamp. The sandwiches seemed to have meat that was previously prepared and not freshly cooked to order. The cheese was not melted...The experience is often like described when Alisha is the manager on duty. This laziness has to stop when people are spending their money on expensive food. If I wanted fast food I would have dined at Subway.

Excellent subs, fantastic fries, but the best was the customer service. I made an error when placing a to-go order, and the asst. manager made me new subs to fix my family’s request — which I had forgotten. 5 stars from this grateful customer!

Very friendly staff. Subs were delicious. I love coming to Penn Station in brownsburg. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese, lemonade, and a half sandwich. Love it!

Absolutely horrible! Ordered ahead online ready at 7:21 arrived at 7:20 (just to make sure the fries don’t get cold) Walked out with my order at 7:40. 3 employees (had to be around 16-18 years of age) messing around at one point a girl asked one of the others if not doing anything to take our order (already placed order) and he walked to the back. Drops fries in fryer then later realized it wasn’t even on. I watched several customers come in after me and ordered/received/completed their transactions and out the door. As they’re getting my order ready the sandwiches were done and in the to go bag before I had even arrived..

Poor Customer Service. Very disappointed with the treatment I received from the staff!!! Don’t even want to give them 1 star right now but have to in order to post this!!! It’s just a sandwich🫡

I was nailed by the team members as I walked in with hello and waves as they were busy preparing other people's food. I didn't get the name of the shift manager but she has light brown hair and aviator glasses I've seen her and there many times before she runs a tight ship. The team what's working together like a finally oiled machine Megan and Meia put my order together for my family and got me out of there and a reasonable amount of time for his busy as they were. I come there a lot but this was the best experience yet. I'm in customer service have been doing so for over 40 years this is a well-organized team and I was very pleased
