To the crew working the evening of 10/1/25. Your customer service was amazing. We always enjoy stopping in. The food was hot, fresh, and perfect to the last bite. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. We ordered two sandwiches for 4 people. A crew member cut it up and gave it to us in 4 pieces and individual baskets. While this may seem simple, it meant the world to a family having a rough night. The kindness you extended will not be forgotten.

So delicious. These girls really make great food! Alicia is wonderful, she took my order and got it out to me ASAP! Crispy fresh fries cooked to perfection and of course the BIGGEST cheesesteak. Definitely will be coming back.

Excellent subs, fantastic fries, but the best was the customer service. I made an error when placing a to-go order, and the asst. manager made me new subs to fix my family’s request — which I had forgotten. 5 stars from this grateful customer!
