This is specifically about hygiene. Upon waking into the establishment I'm greated by the staff member barefoot, get resting on a chair, watching something on his tablet. Cleaning his ears with a q-tip at a table in the dining room. There was a customer dining just one table away. While the restaurant appeared clean. It's horribly off putting for such low regard for cleanliness of self. Some levels of personal hygiene should be kept to bathrooms. Not in public dining rooms.

I have came to this place for years, today I ordered to go, spring rolls and bahn mi sandwich, I asked for tofu. The sandwich had little veggies, the spring rolls had no tofu, I called and the gentleman argued with me that they had tofu. When I stated I’m looking right at them he continued to argue. Will not eat here again.

Shiba Pho (used to be Pho 88) has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Brownsburg. The food is always super fresh and full of flavor. I’m especially hooked on the chicken bun—tender, juicy chicken over vermicelli noodles with crisp veggies and their amazing house fish sauce. So refreshing and satisfying.
Their pho is fantastic too—rich, clean broth and really generous portions. Everything we’ve tried here has been on point.
The staff is always friendly and kind, and the vibe is super chill and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or doing takeout, they never miss. Highly recommend if you’re craving solid Vietnamese food that hits all the right notes.

I ordered online. Thought it was for delivery but ended up being a pickup so it sat for awhile. Really nice guy who helped me. He was very hospitable. The spring rolls were fresh and good. The egg rolls weren't my favorite but it's probably because I picked up my order late which caused my food to sit for atleast an hour. First time trying pho but I will definitely try it again. Maybe dine in. Definitely recommend pho 88

Excellent, authentic Vietnamese pho. I got the chicken pho, HUGE bowl! My hubby got the spicy chicken, delicious! Chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon. Wonderful! Fast service and very friendly. You have to go!!!!!!!

I moved to a town close to here that only has a Chinese food. But my heart always wants Vietnamese. Pho 88 popped up closest to me so I immediately went to go try them out. The restaurant is very cute, quiet and peaceful which I love. The food was 100% authentic. Absolutely delicious. They have my favorite dish, Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) and it's how I remember my father's side of the family would make. The pho is just as good too, my go to when I feel I need more herbs or feel sick. If you dine in they give you complimentary side dishes as a starter it's healthy, so considerate portions. I am super delighted to have this spot closest to me.
