New ownership and first time dining with them. I will say the last owners food was better. Decided on the combo Pho which was good basic Pho. The broth was tasty but they didn't give enough bean sprouts or basil. It was served on a small saucer! Never seen this before! I bought a takeaway order of bún bò Huế and sugarcane juice. This is a Vietnamese restaurant in Indy that’s definitely worth trying. The sugarcane juice was very fresh and pure. Highly recommend.

Shiba Pho (used to be Pho 88) has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Brownsburg. The food is always super fresh and full of flavor. I’m especially hooked on the chicken bun—tender, juicy chicken over vermicelli noodles with crisp veggies and their amazing house fish sauce. So refreshing and satisfying.
