Order a large 2 topping pizza with extra sausage, it was one pepperoni per slice and about 4/5 pieces of sausage per slice and little to no pizza sauce. Very horrible experience, Plainfield location is way better! This place is very very stingy with the toppings

Ordered pickup, two pizzas, double order of breadsticks and cheese sauce dip. Paid extra for the cheese sauce, they didn't put the cheese sauce in the order. My daughter has been on the phone for 15 minutes, waiting for a manager to get a refund of $4.50 for something we didn't get. Check everything in your order.

The pizza was phenomenal today and despite some issues this venue has had recently, I could tell that associates Wesley and Alexis were very committed to turning things around and bringing the restaurant back up!

Super clean also T-Mobile deal on Tuesday,I got a melt for a $1.25 with a cup of cheese. I ordered 2 personal pan pizza ,one topping for $3.00 each on Tuesday.

I stopped coming here years ago cuz it was always horrible and horrible service and just something always goes wrong. So I figured hey it's been a couple years I might as well give it another chance. Well of course I should have went somewhere else. It's always something here, this place just needs to shut down already. Charged my card $36 and I got no food.Trash.

Lunch buffet not what is used to be. The place was filthy, drips running down walls, grime everywhere. Food had obviously been out since 11, was there at 12:30. The 2 employees just stood around. It used to be so good, just close already!

First impression: drab, out of date and several tables not bussed. We were surprised and excited to see the pizza bar as our Pizza Hut back home does not do that. The young man at the cash register asked how many were in the party so I thought we were being seated. There were five of us, including a baby in his carrier. He rang up the order for 2 adult pizza bars and three kids while we were discussing options. I explained to him that we were not from this area and our hometown Pizza Hut was different. He didn't offer to explain their protocol. We seated ourselves at tables and chairs that were sticky. There is no waitstaff, you order at the counter. The service is paper, plastic utensils and the drinks were bottled only. The salad bar is minimal and doesn't even have cheese. The pizza and breadsticks were cold and hard. They messed up a simple personal PAN order.(Cheese pizza with no sauce). The place was so disgusting, We refused to use the bathroom. The dining room was never clean while we were there. And there was only one other inside patron.
