We went for the buffet today January 2, 2025 and the guy working the register could barely speak English and the manager Cortney wasn't nice and was very cold attitude when we walked in. No requests on pizza no fountain soda you have to buy a bottle soda and no unlimited soda, just buy one bottle soda and that's it. Never ever will go to that pizza hut again and I demanded a refund, didn't even eat there for the buffet. She even told us to never come back. Rude and horrible customer service.

There was NO service. The buffet pizza was not fresh and only slightly warm. The only thing good was the salad bar, but that's definitely not worth the price of the buffet which was about $14 a person! This restaurant is lacking. No one came to the table at all and we waited over 5 min for someone to come to the register to pay. We should have just left, but we're too honest for that. I'll DEFINITELY not go back.

Oh where to begin? 1) double charged me, then hung up on me when I called. 2) no fountain drinks. Had to buy a bottle, and it was $6 for WATER. 3) Pizza was barely cooked through. Barely. Cheese wasn't even melted. 4) Had to ask for plates, never got silverware. 5) one of the employees had a verbal altercation with a customer in full hearing of everyone. Don't waste your time.

They did make a mistake with our order that I didn't catch until I got home. However, they were very helpful and made it right for us. The pizza was very good and loaded with toppings. With the carry-out specials they have right now, it makes for a very inexpensive meal.
We ordered on a very busy Friday evening from the Brownsburg, In store, and when I went to get my pizza, it ended up taking longer, but the workers were all going like a well oiled machine to get all the orders out. They did a great job!!!

I haven't tried pizza hut since I was 10 yrs old. Very disappointed my pizza was half cooked, very doughy. My sausage was extremely salty. I was so disgusted that I had to end up cooking dinner for my 4 children. Decor in the inside is very outdated. I believe the workers were extremely exhausted and didn't put the best job. Won't return

Man, I've gotten pizza here a CPL times this month and it's been perfect! Exceptionally good and service too,I think Brownsburg Pizza Hut is the best!
The buffet pizza was cold. I think that it is a good idea to go closer to noon. We got there a little after 1:15. Nobody seemed to care about the buffet. We asked for items and they brought out 2 pizza options.
Dietary restrictions: You have nothing very healthy on the menu. Even the salad dressings are bad.

They had the saddest buffet. The salad bar had no broccoli, carrots, beets, cheese or cauliflower. And nothing extra such as puddings, applesauce, sunflower seeds. There were 3 pizzas on the buffet no pasta. No cheese or s&p on the table or buffet. No one ever came to the table to take drink order, I saw another person go to a corner and come back with a bottle of drink, so I did go get my own bottle of drink,

Absolutely horrid woman working the front today. She was so rude to her fellow employees. She made several derogatory comments about the young lady working in the back to me and the other customers. Very inattentive to orders. Waited over 20 minutes for an order past the suggested time. She was doing something with the register and not trying to get orders out that were sitting ready behind the counter. A male employee was leaning on the counter asking what he should do next, while ready food was sitting there to be passed out to customers that were there. Please do not go here. I don’t think they want customers anyway!
