Waited 5 maybe 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The lady just looked at me and I ended up saying I have a pick up. Again doesn’t say anything and turned around. Come back rude and acted like I know my pizza wasn’t done. When was it was done no one communicated it. So it just sat up there. Until she was ready to figure out whose it was. Make it all the way home for the pizza to not being cooked all the way. The only great part of the meal was the wings. Also didn’t get cheese not a big problem I’ll just call up there and get my 3 dollars back. The lady on the phone again the same lady that helped me answers so rude! She told me should would just credit me 5 dollars and I told her I didn’t want that because we probably won’t be back. For her to get nasty over the phone about how she can’t do that. To call back for the GM tomorrow at 10. Then Hung up on me! I have never had this happy at this location. They always have sweet teenagers working and will tell you when you walk in if something is out. Sad to say we will not be back. Hopefully no one else got the same experience but from watching she was rude to everyone that walked in there.

We have been going to this Pizza Hut for years. I don't know if it's new management or Covid, but the quality of food is slipping as well as the service. We ordered some wings the other night. Apparently the fryer was not working. Come to found out a person tried calling our numbers. No one left a message. I am in the store and the manager is bad mouthing me as the customer for not picking up my f'ing phone. He was a little embarrassed but it was too late. My food was cold when I picked it up.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ordered and paid on line, on the APP. Said pizza was done, but when we got there there were 25 pizzas ahead of us, and none were ready! Waited in the lobby for 45 extra minutes. Would not refund because I ordered online

This srore is a joke. Don't go in here unless you have a pillow. Noone knows what is even going on in this store. Never got pizzas. After 20 min the 2 ladies walking around clueless finally got 1 order figured out. The 2 kids said forget it and walked away. Don't wear gloves. Would never eat

I was already done with Brownsburg Pizza Hut but...My girls wanted to order from Pizza Hut pretty badly for some reason. The day after Christmas, we'd been traveling all day so I thought I'd take a chance and order from Brownsburg Pizza Hut, despite my better judgement, since it was one pizza. Just cheese, nothing fancy. They surely couldn't mess it up...After I put in the order the app showed it would be 2 hours before it was ready. Called Brownsburg Pizza Hut, no answer, no voicemail, nothing. We waited 2 hours, no pizza. The corporate order line couldn't get through to the Brownsburg Pizza Hut store either.I ordered a replacement pizza from another pizza place. It came in about 25 minutes.Checked on my Pizza Hut order the next morning hoping for a refund or a cancelled order, it still shows they were making it.Besides the fact I was paying $35 for one cheese pizza, I had to order a replacement and am still out for the Brownsburg Pizza Hut pizza which I never received. I've never received a call from them or anything.So, after all the waiting for a single pizza that never came, even my teenage girls are done with Brownsburg Pizza Hut.Pretty sad service.Sal's, Rockstar, there are so many better options here locally. I have definitely learned my lesson. Brownsburg Pizza Hut is dead to me now.

Absolutely horrific service. Ordered a meal last night, waited about 2 hours for it to arrive to then get a call that they closed for the night. Then again today, we ordered a meal, scheduled for delivery in 35 minutes. After over 2.5hours, we call the restaurant and they blame DoorDash. We did not order through DoorDash, and we paid Pizza Hut a delivery fee. They say Door Dash hasn't come pick up our food. So they left our meal to sit for 2 hours on heaters and didn't think to call. Upon hearing this, we were told the pizza was "still good". Which it wouldn't have been.Incredibly sad service, can't comment on the food. Don't go here.

Pizza's were cooked perfectly. We live in Indianapolis but this one in Brownsburg has been the best so far. We definitely will be visiting this one the next time we want pizza.
Wandered into Pizza Hut after doing laundry and shopping nearby, ordered a large pan pepperoni and some boneless wings. Hands down, best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Danita and Gabe truly delivered the best customer service and food. Pizza was genuinely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. We ate inside while waiting for our Lyft and the store was immaculate. Gabe…keep doin what you’re doing and we’ll be back soon.
