In the area from out of state looking for a quick dinner to take back to the hotel.. we know Qdoba is usually fast & good! So we settled on that. Unfortunately our experience was HORRIBLE. They made my partners food wrong twice and both times asked if it was “okay” and they said they didn’t wanna remake it. Multiple times the staff would not use gloves and touch the food. The lady working the registered rang up someone with cash then served food. Actually disgusting. We will not be back to this location if we visit again. If I could give the service 0 stars I would.

I've only tried this location twice, and it's been horrible both times. The first time they gave me a huge chunk of fat instead of meat in my bowl. The second time they shorted me guac and queso in my bowl. $15 for a bowl only to not get what I ordered. Never again

I have left a total of about 5 reviews in my life. The service has to be very good, or very poor, for me to want to take the time to inform other potential customers. I moved to town about 6 years ago. I loved qdoba from my hometown so started going again frequently. The food was never good, never fresh, portions were never right. So I stopped. I started going again 2-3 years ago. The food was always right. Always fresh. Portions were always right. Stopped going for a while, not for any particular reason just changed eating habits. I ordered Qdoba recently for delivery (because I didn't have time to go pick it up). I ordered a bowl, a burrito, and chips/queso. Bowl was wrong. Burrito was wrong. Queso was half empty. Had to drive in anyways. They corrected the order, so I figured I would give them another chance. Ordered it last night. Bowl. Burrito. Chips/queso. Burrito was wrong. Queso was included but no chips. I don't consider so many errors in such a short period of time to be an accident, I will not be eating here again and I wouldn't recommend eating here.
Pleasant service. Didn't have to wait long. Food was good. Had a dine-in Salad, with all the fixings, Brisket Birria, and Guacamole. Also, some chips and queso.

I’m a regular at Qdoba in Brownsburg and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and my orders are consistently right. Can’t speak for others, but I’ve never had any complaints!

I just got a small bowl with pulled pork. They charge extra money for a pulled pork. I think I got 1/8th of a cup or maybe two tablespoons worth of pork... I am so disgusted because when I asked the lady at the front register she said yep that's it. I should have walked out but I'm starving that was craving Qdoba. I will find a new one because this is getting insane at this location.
