Upon walking in my pick up order wasn’t complete, that’s fine I arrived early and didn’t expect it to be. What I do expect is decent customer service, specifically to not be made fun of my staff for my order. As they were making my order a teenage boy with short blonde hair in a green Qdoba shirt repeatedly made fun of my burrito to the other staff, saying it was “weird and boring and simple”. If it’s so simple it should have been made correctly, which it wasn’t.

Not only does this Qudoba have exceptional food but the experience is everything. I have never felt so cared for as a costumer and understood. These workers put their heart and soul into the food and the environment. Special shoutout to Raoul, keep up the hard work.

Vegetarian options: nothing specific since the removal of the impossible meat. it is pretty easy to find something to eat as a vegetarian - it’s usually not very filling though.

Service has been pretty slow both times I've been here. They are definitely stingy on the fillings of a burrito compared to other Qdobas I've been to. Food is good, but slow service and perceived value drags things down.

I normally go on my lunch break. The food is fresh, fast service, there is always a parking spot available and good environment to dine in. Jonathan and staff are friendly.
