Love love love Ritter’s frozen custard! Always great service and a wonderful treat!
We Only had Custard in the cones. They mixed half a dip of chocolate and half a dip of vanilla for us. The large cone was sweet and delicious. My daughter' s small cone had so much on it I had to take some. I hadn't had Frozen Custard for years. I liked it better than I remembered. To me it seems extremely colder than ice cream which was nice. I just learned that the business was there. I want to try the Sundae next time. I will probably stop by with my daughter every once in awhile after she gets her hair done at Great clips which is nearby.

There was a small line but the one worker did a fabulous job. After our order was complete a couple more workers came in so they must have been on break. They kept the food moving quickly and turned orders around smoothly. My food was delicious. Would be happy to go back.

Online order was incorrect. Ordered a mudslide with no marshmallow and no whip cream, ended up with no oreos and still had whip cream. The chili for my hotdogs was thick and old. Will give a 2nd chance, maybe because they were busy, idk.

Nice place. Staff seems friendly. A bit pricey.
They were cash only tonight, but at least there's one ice cream store in Brownsburg that follows their posted business hours

Food quality is very high. However, I really hope they revert back to the pre pandemic Of product accessibility and customer participation. Allowing customers to make their own desserts.

Fair prices. Kids loved dirt and worms and size is reasonable for a kids size.
