I love Starbucks, but as of today I'm not going back because my coffees had no flavor and they put whipped cream in my daughter's coffee even though the specifications said NO WHIPPED CREAM.

So I’ve been to Starbucks hundreds of times and expected this visit to be like the others. But this time it came with entertainment! The employee asked for my order then said “uh I’m sorry, I thought I was ready but my brain wasn’t listening. Can you repeat that?” Yes, buddy, I’ve been there!

Then as I sat at the window he practically skipped over, milk pitcher in hand, to proudly show me his perfectly steamed milk as his coworkers giggled and didn’t know if they should apologize or not. I said, “you know what? I, too, was once a barista. I understand the joy a good steamed milk brings!”

And would you know, that was the best PSL I had had all season?!? (Yes, it was the second day out this season. Yes it was my third. Sue me.)

So BRAVO to the new guy at Starbucks! You’re well on your way to making many a traveler happy and well caffeinated!

The lil girl in drive thru got an attitude with me because she couldn’t read after I told her my name and showed her my receipt twice and she continued to call me by the wrong name after I showed her my receipt with my name on it.

The baristas were SO nice and helpful. I had my hands full and was struggling to carry my drinks carrier and one barista offered to carry my drinks to my car which was really above and beyond. I really appreciated it.

We search for coffee shop but we didn't go to any of the ones that Google suggested. We passed a Starbucks and went there.

This location has gone downhill a lot. Missing orders, a lot of gossiping among employees not enough focus on work. I am an MD, if I did this at my job I am sure I wouldn’t have one for much longer. Maybe it’s a generational thing; work ethics are going extinct in this country.

I’ve given this Starbucks location several chances, but unfortunately, my last three visits have all resulted in issues with my order.

Each time I’ve ordered a Frappuccino and requested whipped cream, it’s been missing—despite being clearly noted on the order. I’ve also had repeated problems with receiving the wrong cup size for my iced coffee. I typically order a venti, but have been handed a grande or even a tall instead.

It seems that the team working the cold beverage station isn’t paying close attention to the order labels, which is disappointing and frustrating as a customer who just wants their order made correctly.

Thankfully, there’s another nearby Starbucks that consistently gets it right. After three consecutive mistakes at this location, I’ll be taking my business there going forward.
