i ordered a venti and it was only 4/5 of the way full. this happened yesterday at the other Brownsburg location and it is quite frustrating.

It was so worrest costumer caring place. I never see like this in anoher starbucks. They are not professional at all. The manager really needs to get on this place due to the laziness and lack of caring for the customers.

Walked in to 3 people talking, one making all the coffee while 6 people were waiting for food. Took 10 minutes and someone finally asking where their food was for the worker to slowly go over to the machine where she proceeded to pull 15 tickets out of the machine and move at a place that showed she truly doesn't care. Management really needs to get on this group due to the laziness and lack of caring for the customers.

I love Starbucks, but as of today I'm not going back because my coffees had no flavor and they put whipped cream in my daughter's coffee even though the specifications said NO WHIPPED CREAM.

So I’ve been to Starbucks hundreds of times and expected this visit to be like the others. But this time it came with entertainment! The employee asked for my order then said “uh I’m sorry, I thought I was ready but my brain wasn’t listening. Can you repeat that?” Yes, buddy, I’ve been there!
Then as I sat at the window he practically skipped over, milk pitcher in hand, to proudly show me his perfectly steamed milk as his coworkers giggled and didn’t know if they should apologize or not. I said, “you know what? I, too, was once a barista. I understand the joy a good steamed milk brings!”
And would you know, that was the best PSL I had had all season?!? (Yes, it was the second day out this season. Yes it was my third. Sue me.)
So BRAVO to the new guy at Starbucks! You’re well on your way to making many a traveler happy and well caffeinated!

The lil girl in drive thru got an attitude with me because she couldn’t read after I told her my name and showed her my receipt twice and she continued to call me by the wrong name after I showed her my receipt with my name on it.

The baristas were SO nice and helpful. I had my hands full and was struggling to carry my drinks carrier and one barista offered to carry my drinks to my car which was really above and beyond. I really appreciated it.
