Came in last night. The younger girl that was working was very kind and coffee was hot and fresh. Was visiting from out of town, glad to have made the stop!

Laziest employee ever- I went in to get a tea (black iced tea, with sugar- nothing else- takes literally 1 min or less for any Starbucks employee to make since it doesn’t have any “extras” that take time) and she refused to make it because “we’re closing in like 5 min”- actually it’s 20 min- it was 8:40pm and closing at 9pm. You can make the tea and still get out on time WELL BEFORE 9- but no, this is the laziest employee who probably just wanted to leave and close before her shift actually ends but she’s getting paid til 9 but refusing to work til that time and make a 1 minute tea. I guess when a manager isn’t there at the end, that’s what happens.
The crumbl a few doors down was good service. This Starbucks was no service.

I stop here before work way more than I should. 3+ times a week. Always great, always quick. The baristas that work in the morning are spectacular.

This location is inside Kroger grocery store in brownsburg.. everytime i attempted to order some coffee drinks, i couldnt find their staff.. and it seems nobody is also ordering.. better go to the real starbucks store nearby, beside chase bank accross the street.

Never have cold brew. They always say they ran out lol. And they make the worst drinks and the employees seem like that hate it here. It’s like the Kmart of Starbucks
I went there today to grab a pumpkin muffin for the new season. The girl what helped me was nice, but I noticed she didn’t have gloves on touching my food or using any utensils of any kind. (Not sure if they have to wear them if they use utensils) and she gave me the muffin. Didn’t offer to warm it up either. I went home and opened it and it smelt so bad. It absolutely reeked of mold and had mold all over the top and cream cheese. Which was very obvious so I’m surprised she didn’t notice it. I went back and got a new one and she was gone but the next girl who helped me was very sweet.

I’m very disappointed that I simply tried to place the order through my mobile app. I was charged. When I walked up to collect my item, I was told that there was no order on the screen. Instead of trying to help me figure out the problem, the manager said that she has not been getting all of her orders today she commenced to acting like I was a crazy person who was trying to get a six dollar drink for free. This is even after I showed her in the app where I ordered and paid and where it said the address of the current location. For real though? I will not be ordering from this Starbucks again. I will just go across the street where there is no hassle. The correct response would have been. I’m sorry ma’am we have been having a problem with our orders today. Can I see it on your screen? Problem solved!

I was always happy about Starbucks service, but not this particular store. I ordered a coffee, asked if she can make it hot, she said no, even though other store made it hot for me before, but that’s fine. After I ordered and she put the information in, I was not told how much it is, that’s fine, I paid anyways, then after that she completely ignored me, and put his head down in his arms and try to sleep or take a rest. Well, the whole process just made me feel she does not like her job, but, it’s not my fault.

Ordered through mobile app 20 minutes in advance. It wasn’t started till arrival. Was out of a food item and didn’t state that at all, just expected me to know. Drinks weren’t made with the quality expected from a Starbucks. Sad day.

My wife and I get Starbucks from here when we shop sometimes.I really enjoyed this particular Starbucks location, perhaps I am biased as I have spent many a day at this particular location, and have enjoyed it to the fullest.
