Went the other night to visit a friend who works there and I tried asking one of the workers names Israel if he could get him for me and he completely blew me off and said something about “not having to get anyone especially that guy” was super rude but after that it all was really nice food and shakes were great

Ordering kiosk. You have to scan the receipt to get ice or a drink and you have to scan each and every time. The bathroom was out of soap and dirty. They also got our order wrong.

They don't have Steak n Shakes where I live, so I usually make a point to stop at one when I'm in the Midwest. I love the Chili 5-Ways.

Steak 'n Shake has great food, and a fun lunch/diner vibe worth recommending. The only downside is their app doesn't clearly let you choose (dine-in) when ordering ahead. A quick fix there would make the experience even better!

Why would anybody give their money to Steak and Shake. Nobody can come and sit in at Steak and Shake anymore why would we give our money to them? They've cut back on jobs, so no eating inside here! "Just so the owners can stuff the money in their pockets" the public knows what you're doing! Covid is long gone, get your lobby back together! People want to get back to a sense of normalcy. Where's all the money going from no jobs? It seems like all the money that they're saving from them not having any workers inside, is going right into the owner's pockets. This community needs jobs, covid is over! Nothing but corporate greed here!
