By far the worst fast food place I have ever been too and that’s being nice lmao
The lady that works there claims she is a manager but acts like a toddler throwing a tantrum every time she gets a customer, isn’t that the whole point of oh I don’t know YOUR JOB? Lord and don’t even try to be nice to her it just makes her ten times more of a witch. I’ve waited at least 25 minutes twice and the third and final time I just drove off because well at the end of the day it is fast food and ain’t worth the fuss but my question is why does someone continue to work a job they clearly hate?

I have only been here 3 times & 2 out of 3 taught me to never go again. 1 I had hair in my food. 2nd issue we go through drive thru wait for 3mins while no one is in line & then get talked to very disrespectful as well as at the window the guy shut the window laughed & made jokes as if we could t hear. So I called the store and the manager Derek wasn’t much better.

Last year I ordered breakfast on the app. Order was confirmed and I was charged. When I got there, they weren’t even open. I had to go back later and get my money back. Well, apparently I didn’t learn my lesson because I wanted to give them another try and the same thing happened again this morning. Well, lesson learned now!

At 4:30 on a Saturday after spending all day on a football field i cannot go inside to wash my hands because all of the doors are locked. Refused to order through drive thru. Went to McDonalds instead. No wonder this place has a 2.8 star.

Took 5-6 minutes of waiting in line to pay
After paying, I had to pull up and wait an additional 10 minutes before I got my food.
I was told it was because they didn’t have fresh beef thawed or something like that. I don’t know. The employees were nice and professional. Food tasted good. It was 18-20 minutes at a place that claims they are “Fast Food”
I thought this was fast food? I’ve been sitting in a drive through for 20 minutes before they even got to me then told me they wouldn’t be taking anymore orders because they had to catch up!

Definitely the worst managed, and ran Wendy's I've ever witnessed. Constantly out of stock of items and wait times are atrocious. I have tried 3 or 4 times to give them more opportunities but I just cannot anymore.

I came in and LOVED Wendell’s! I love the W table, and ordered my favorite burger, Dave’s Sloppy Seconds 😍 named after my dad, Mr Wendy, I try to live his namesake and get all the Dave’s Sloppys I can!
