Worst fast food place in town. No effort, no consideration. The food is absolutely horrible. The prices went up but the service went down. If I could give it a zero star I would.

Sat in line for an extended amount of time to place a drive thru order. I was never given a receipt and my “order” was handed to me. In place of the chicken sandwich I ordered there was a kids meal sized burger with a bunch of junk on it that I can’t eat. I was home and ready to eat before I noticed the mistake. Attempted to call the store 11 times and the phone rang until it disconnected each time. No one ever answered. Now that I’m here to leave a review I find that handing people the wrong order of lesser valued food seems to be the norm for them. How many people do they rip off in a day? This could be a great money maker. I am sick and tired of sub par restaurants. Called corporate to report. Doubtful I will hear from them.

I have to give it 5 stars now. Fast friendly service and they get my order correct even though I have special requests Plus they actually answer the drive-thru which never happened in the past. It must be hard to turn a failing business back around but it has happened here in Brownsburg.
Since new management has taken over this establishment it has done a complete turnaround in all aspects of the fast food chain. The owner’s I hope are proud of what Crystal has done to improve.
