What is the point of a new building if the quality standards are not being upheld? While the food was good, it is unclear if the current state of the dining room is a result of understaffing or simply a lack of oversight and clear expectations.
The owner and management of this location should seriously consider the standards they wish to project to the community. The most disappointing aspect is that the majority of the staff are young, first-time workers; failing to provide proper training and maintain high standards does not set them up for success.

Went in for the free blizzard for veterans promotion and got food as well. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for the blizzard. I mentioned it to the employees at the drive-thru, but they had no idea what i was talking about despite asking about the promotion when I first pulled in at the speaker. I called the manager on duty and brought up the issue. She was very apologetic and professional, offering a full refund for my order.

Ordered a Confetti cake blizzard. Got half way home. Took a bite. It was an all chocolate blizzard. Chocolate syrup & chocolate chunks. Not happy!

Having to drive all the way back into town and return food that wasn't right is always a pain. Plus, when you order eggs over medium you don't expect them to be all slopping and runny with the grease from the hash brown. It. seems like no one cares about quality anymore. This used to be a good place to get breakfast. Not so much now. The outrageous prices are a turn off as well.

Food was great. Service was not sure how to greet customer and how to take order. Got someone else's order 1st time they said food was ready. Waited a while before correct food was ready and the sandwich was still not the right one. Gave up and ate anyway. Floor was sticky and ice and pop was spilled on the floor in front of pop area and was still there.
